The clothes freshening mist costs just £4[/caption]

In a clip, she shared: “I feel like I can’t gatekeep this any longer, and it’s not my usual thing, but I’ve been using this on my bed sheets lately.

“Every time I walk into my bedroom, I’m like, ‘Oh my God, something smells incredible.’

“It’s this— the M&S Clothes Freshening Mist.

“It’s actually meant to release creases and all of that, but oh my God, it smells insane.

“It’s sandalwood and vanilla, and I’ve been spraying it on my bed every morning.

“Chef’s kiss.”

Although the sandalwood and vanilla scent currently isn’t available from M&S via Ocado, you can pick up their Jasmine & Ylang Ylang version.

Thankfully the product won’t break the bank, and will only set you back £4.

People seemed keen to snap up the freshening mist for themselves, and her clip has racked up over 10,000 likes.

One person wrote: “Running.”

Another added: “Whoever in the back coming up with these scents deserves a pay rise.”

And a third commented: “i have the fabric conditioner and the capsules makes my washing smell amazing.”

The description reads: “Our clothes freshening mist is made with essential oils to keep your fabrics smelling fresh and feeling clean, it also has crease release technology to reduce wrinkles. Suitable for vegans.”

The site claims the product “releases creases and odours and is made with botanical essential oils.”

To use it, hang or lay the item of clothing flat, and then apply evenly across the garment.

Then you “smooth wrinkles by hand and leave to dry.”

They advise you test on an inconspicuous area before use.

How to keep clothes fresh in a wardrobe

  • Don’t cram all your clothes together.
  • Always make sure your clothes are completely dry before you put them in the wardrobe.
  • Don’t put shoes in the wardrobe straight after wearing. If your shoes smell, putting them in a confined space will leave the whole space smelling of your shoes.
  • Use a long-lasting scented fabric conditioner to leave clothes smelling fresher for longer.
