Amelia is a fitness influencer who regularly posts her routines on her social media accounts.
The bodybuilder, originally from Plymouth, trains multiple times a week and even trains her partner, Olly.
In 2019 she finished first in the Bikini Tall and Miss Model category at the Miami Pro World Championships, before going on to win a bodybuilding competition in 2021.
She enjoys more than just bodybuilding though, as she successfully ran the London Marathon in 2013.
How did Olly and Amelia meet?
Olly met Amelia through a very modern method- he saw her pictures on Instagram.
A source told The Sun on Sunday at the time: “Amelia’s Instagram feed caught his eye and they started swapping flirty messages.”
The source added that they then met up at an Essex gym in July and agreed to date from there.
Olly officially confirmed his relationship with Amelia on New Year’s Day 2020 by sharing a loved-up snap of them together.
