62-year-old Jimmy Carl Wyatt who is listed as a homeless person from Morganton, was arrested Monday (September 16) by Morganton Public Safety Officers. He’s charged with felony flee to elude arrest with a motor vehicle.
Wyatt was arrested shortly before 3 p.m. Monday and placed in the Burke County Jail under $30,000 secured bond. He remained in jail as of earlier today. A Superior Court date is scheduled for November 12.
