Sarah Michelle Gellar gave fans a rare look at her daughter Charlotte Grace Prinze as she celebrated the teen’s 15th birthday on Thursday.
The 47-year-old Buffy star has Charlotte and her 11-year-old son Rocky James Prinze with her husband Freddie Prinze Jr., 48.
She and Freddie married in 2002 after appearing together in a number of successful films in the late 1990s and early 2000s, including I Know What You Did Last Summer and the live-action film Scooby Doo.
In honor of their eldest son’s special day, Sarah shared a heartfelt tribute to Charlotte on Instagram.
She added footage of the teen showcasing her impressive tumbling skills on a training mat in the backyard of their Los Angeles home.

Dressed in white shorts and a yellow top, Charlotte can be seen proudly doing a cartwheel for her mother.
Sarah set the video to the tune of Stevie Wonder’s 1980 hit Happy Birthday.
In the caption of the post, the Cruel Intentions star expressed her “love” for her teenage daughter.
“We are all jumping and freaking out Charlotte because it’s your 15th birthday!! I don’t know how it’s possible but every year I love you more,” she wrote, along with a series of birthday emojis.
Just one day after Charlotte’s birthday, Sarah and Freddie’s son Rocky turns 12.
The beloved Hollywood couple waited six years after their 2002 wedding to become parents for the first time.
Sarah was 32 years old and Freddie was 33 years old when they welcomed Charlotte on September 19, 2009.
Three years later, on September 20, 2012, Rocky was added to the family.
In an earlier interview with Freddie said he and Sarah were “so lucky” they waited until they were in their 30s to start a family.

“I’m so glad we didn’t have kids when we were 20 — I just didn’t know anything. You have so much more patience when you’re 30, and I feel like I appreciate it a lot more,” he told the outlet.
Freddie and Sarah are very private when it comes to their children, they have only shared the information a few times on social media.
When sharing photos, protective parents typically cover their children’s faces with emojis to protect their privacy.
In late August, Sarah announced on Instagram that Charlotte had officially started her freshman year of high school.
“Time flies,” the former CW star joked.
She posted a video of herself dancing with her daughter and son’s “First Day of School” signs in the hallway of their home.
Charlotte made her red carpet debut in 2022 at the premiere of Sarah’s Netflix thriller Do Revenge.
The mother-daughter duo were photographed hanging out with Sarah’s costars Camila Mendes and Maya Hawke at the event in LA.
Last year, Sarah revealed that Charlotte caught the acting bug after watching her parents on screen for years.
“Does it scare me? Well, we have rules,” she said THR“She’s not allowed to appear on camera until she graduates from high school.”
According to Charlotte, the rule is “unfair” because Gellar started acting at the age of four.
