Several nude videos of up-and-coming singer Gloria Bugie surfaced on the internet on Monday, September 16.
The footage which seems to have been recorded in a lodge shows the singer fully n*ked, touching herself and dancing.
What surprised the netizens is the fact that that Gloria Bugie was aware of the recording.
The video soon became viral and spread across various social media platforms like Twitter and Reddit and evoked sharp reactions from her fans and critics alike.
Gloria Bugie’s Claim To Fame
The singer became a sensation with her song “Nyash,” also known as “Bankyawa” centres on the pain and heartbreak of a man who has enchanted social media and has even spawned hundreds of challenges on platforms such as TikTok.
Recently Gloria Bugie performed at the Acidic Vokoz concert followed by another live performance at the Comedy Store which pushed her fame even higher. However, she also spawned controversies due to the skimpy outfits she wore in her performances. She also found herself at the centre of debates on social media and also became a favourite punching bag for online entertainment pundits alike.
The singer is known by her stage name Bugie but her real name is Gloria Busingye. She is a Ugandan who was born in Rwanda and started singing at a very young age.
Gloria Bugie took part in singing competitions and was in the school choir from primary school.
Her singing career started in the right earnest in 2019. She was ably supported morally and financially by her parents. When she was completing her secondary education in Uganda she was first noticed by Route Entertainment producer Eli Arkhis. Eli Arkhis acted as her godfather mentoring her singing career , a fact which is often highlighted Bugie.

Her first song was released in 2019 and was titled “Fire” followed by “Only You”, both songs were produced by Arkhis.
More than her singing talents, she is often in the middle of controversies for skin shows. In recent times while performing at the Comedy Store she wore a skimpy black lace bodysuit that left nothing for the imagination.
Her outspoken views on s*x also often found her in hot waters. She also negated her motherhood rumours and in an interview stated,
“Does this b**b look like it has ever breastfed?… I don’t have a kid. Leave me alone. People are just ‘cutting word’… I’m still young,”
Gloria Bugie’s Private Videos Leaked Online
On Monday explicit video surfaced online.
The clips which were of 10 to 11 seconds showed Gloria Bugie fully n*de, dancing, and touching herself inappropriately.
Bugie has expressed her regret to the leak and has confirmed that the person in the video is her but the pictures were shared without her consent.
She also termed the incident as a violation of her privacy and she is taking steps to address to the situation.
She also urged her fans to promote kindness and respect online.
