An Oakland hills mansion with a patio made of glass has been listed for $2.698 million. The “Sky Haus” features a 1,000-square-foot glass veranda made of 28 tons of industrial glass. Above it sits the spacious deck with glass railings for unobstructed bay views.
The home was designed by a retired Silicon Valley executive who wanted to maximize the three bridge view from the house.
The 4,085-square-foot Mid-century modern home also has five bedrooms and five baths. It features heated bathroom floors and towel racks, a home theater room, and a modern kitchen among other amenities.
