Nick Kyrgios’ doubles partner splits from model girfriend after she ‘refused to be a Wag’

NICK KYRGIOS’ doubles partner has split from his model girlfriend – who refused to be called a “Wag”.

Thanasi Kokkinakis, 28, dated glamorous Hannah Dal Sasso for approximately 18 months.

However, the Australian pair have unfollowed each other on Instagram and appear to have called time on their relationship.

Due to the nature of Kokkinakis’ tennis career, the pair were forced to spend most of their dating time doing long distance.

However, Hannah was spotted supporting the world No78 at Wimbledon and then during the US hard-court season.

They debuted publicly together when they attended Glamour on the Grid, the launch party for the Australian Grand Prix last March and were later spotted on a double date with Kyrgios and Costeen Hatzi.

But the couple seem to have now officially separated.

Speaking during their relationship, Hannah opened up on the challenges of dating a travelling tennis player.

She told the Herald Sun: “We just had a nice month together and I already miss him – long distance is really hard.

“Thanasi is really dedicated to his tennis and he’s putting everything into it and I’m so proud of him.”

Kokkinakis revealed Hannah – who runs a designer clothing hire company called Styled By Mim – was his “first girlfriend, probably ever” and joked he was a “late bloomer”.

Dal Sasso, though, was determined not to be labelled a Wag during their relationship – and wanted to have her own recognition.
