43-year-old Joseph Adam Burrell, who is listed as a homeless person, was arrested Saturday (September 14) by Newton Police Officers. He’s charged with felony larceny and misdemeanor credit card fraud. Following the arrest, Burrell was incarcerated in the Catawba County Detention Facility under no bond, a District Court appearance was scheduled today (September 16).
