GOLDSBORO, N.C. (WNCT) — Goldsboro police officers responded to reports of a shooting on E. Elm Street Saturday at just after 5 p.m.
Upon arriving, officers found a man had been shot in his lower body. The victim, 35-year-old Kelvin James, was taken to ECU Health in Greenville after being first taken to UNC Health Wayne.
The victim’s condition is unknown at this time.
