23-year-old Elijah Deshawn Rodriguez of Lenoir was arrested on Sunday (September 15) by Lenoir Police Officers. He was charged with three felonies: trafficking in heroin or opium, violating a domestic violence protection order with a deadly weapon, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Rodriguez was jailed under $150,000 secured bond in the Caldwell County Detention Center.
