24-year-old William Kane Byrd of Roselle Place in Lenoir was arrested on Friday (September 13) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. He was charged with felony counts of breaking and entering and larceny after breaking or entering. Byrd was also charged with a misdemeanor count of first degree trespass. He was jailed under $45,000 secured in the Caldwell County Detention Center. A District Court date was scheduled for October 3.
