Katy Perry made a statement when she performed stunning aerial stunts at the Rock in Rio Festival in Brazil on Friday.
The 39-year-old Dark Horse singer, who recently celebrated the release of her new album 143, performed the lyrics to a number of hits for fans in the audience, including Firework and The One That Got Away.
The mother of one dazzled in a nude latex bodysuit that hugged her muscular frame and was adorned with silver and chrome trim on the shiny material.
Perry donned a pair of white over-the-knee boots and let her dark locks fall effortlessly in light waves past her shoulders.
At one point during the performance, Katy was lifted into the air by several rope-like pieces, above the cheering audience, appearing to glow with the lights on stage.

Perry was then seen performing another daring stunt, moving horizontally in front of a bright, circular light behind her.
Back on the main stage, the singer was joined by backing dancers wearing silver ensembles and performing the choreography alongside Katy.
She had a special makeup look for the festival, with voluminous lashes and a smokey, light purple eyeshadow around her eyes.
She opted for a bold pink blush and highlighter for a radiant glow, while applying a pink tint to her lips for the finishing touch.
Perry began her performance by singing hits such as Woman’s World (from her album 143), California Gurls and Teenage Dream.
