New York Magazine has disciplined its sexy, pouting star writer Olivia Nuzzi over her sexting relationship with the horny (and married!) septuagenarian RFK Jr.
Wait, are you telling me that female reporters flirt with their sources?
That can’t possibly be true.
As Naughty Nuzzi tweeted in 2015, “Why does Hollywood think female reporters sleep with their sources?”
That resurfaced tweet prompted a bunch of responses saying he was “aging well,” although I have to say he didn’t look as good as Bobby Jr. with his ripped abs and rock-hard, earth-toned pecs.
But did Nuzzi, a 31-year-old babe, stand a chance against Juiced Granddad?
Is it Bobby’s impossibly blue eyes, his muscular physique, his aging Katherine Hepburn voice or the Camelot crown he’s forged for himself that’s so irresistible?
I know he convinced me last month when he belatedly dumped a bear carcass in Manhattan’s Central Park in 2014, sparking a mystery that has lasted for decades.
What a scoundrel!
The truth is that I have met RFK Jr. on a few occasions and he has an undeniable personal charm and magnetism.

A woman can already imagine herself sitting next to him in two bathtubs next to each other, holding hands as the sun sets.
Whatever “it” is, he was born with it… and has a history of abusing it.
He reportedly wrote about his “demons of lust” in an infamous diary and kept track of his sexual adventures with dozens of women, like a child with precious Pokémon cards.
I have to collect them all!
His late ex-wife Mary Richardson, mother of four of his children, was tormented by his infidelity, according to her friends.
She hanged herself in the family’s barn during their bitter divorce, custody battle, and her struggle with depression and alcoholism.
Bobby – always a gentleman – had her grave dug up and moved without further ado from the Kennedy family plot in Hyannis Port to an undisclosed part of the cemetery, against her family’s wishes.
Why on earth would anyone do that?
‘[RFK Jr] “It wasn’t until after the funeral that he realized how busy the area was,” the local gravedigger said in 2012. “He chose a part of the cemetery that would allow for future expansion.”

I’m not writing all this to give Nuzzi a pass, but to explain why this is the least surprising development of 2024.
In a presidential cycle that’s seen a nonviolent coup, two assassination attempts, a pregnant nanny, porn star testimonies, a blazing war in the Middle East, and more photos of a pantsless First Son than I can count, this is hardly shocking.
Some journalists are captivated by the proximity of power – and the Kennedys ruin women.

RFK Jr. comes from a long line of men who abused their position and attraction. And so far he has not denied this inappropriate relationship with a reporter almost forty years his junior.

She was in a relationship with RFK Jr when Mary was alive and Cheryl is said to have posted on social media about the fun places she went with Bobby.
She deleted those messages when Mary died.
As for Nuzzi, he really is the best.
New York Magazine suspended her, writing: “Had the magazine known of this relationship, she would not have continued to cover the presidential campaign… We regret this violation of our readers’ trust.”
Nuzzi is also currently on leave from her former fiancé, Ryan Lizza, Politico’s chief Washington correspondent.

Lizza, 50, issued her own statement (no doubt crying in the shower): “Because I am involved in this story through my ex-fiancée, my editors and I have agreed that I will not be involved in any reporting on Kennedy.”
It’s a tragedy everywhere.
Even RFK Jr. knew this would happen.
“I have so many skeletons in my closet that if they could vote, I would be king of the world,” he told a packed ballroom this summer when asked about an accusation that he sexually abused a former family nanny.
I guess you can look at it this way, buddy.
He has skeletons, he has abs, and he has ambitions to become a leader.
If only he had a moral compass.
That would be the biggest surprise.
