33-year-old William Lee Oliver, who is listed as a homeless person from Hickory, was arrested by Hickory Police Friday (September 13) on a felony warrant as a fugitive awaiting extradition to another state. He is wanted in Gwinnett County, Georgia for a probation violation. Oliver was jailed in the Catawba County Detention Facility where he is being held without bond. An appearance in District Court was scheduled today (September 16) in Newton.
