25-year-old Schuyler Zoshonne Risjan of 26th Street SW in Hickory was arrested Wednesday (September 18) by Long View Police Officers. He’s charged with first-degree kidnapping and assault by strangulation. Risjan was incarcerated in the Catawba County Detention Facility without bond. A District Court date was scheduled today (September 19).
