THE future of a beloved Channel 4 property show has been revealed after nine years on air.

Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer have been faces of a number of shows for the broadcaster over the past two decades.

They’re biggest show Location, Location, Location has racked up a whopping 41 series since starting 24 years ago.

And the pair are showing no signs of slowing down as The Sun can reveal their Love It or List It series is returning.

The hit show sees the two property tycoons help home owners who are unhappy with their abodes renovate, or make the tough decision to sell it.

Sources close to the programme say pre-production has already got underway with casting now in full swing.

However, Channel 4 bosses have yet to reveal when the new series will air.

Kirstie and Phil’s Love It or List It first started in 2015, with nine series produced to date.

Last month mum-of-two Kirstie was forced to hit back after being shamed for letting her at the time 15-year-old son travel alone.

Kirstie had posted online about her son Oscar Hercules and his recent trip across Europe.

Hitting back at trolls, the presenter posted: “So many people have been in touch saying that independent travel at a young age gave them enormous confidence, & they feel it played a part in who/where they are today.

“I tweeted about my son’s travels ‘cos I was proud of him; I suffered with terrible homesickness, still do, and would never have done what he did, but now I feel not just proud of my child, but also happy that he is part of a fellowship of travellers, people who began young and have gone on to be positive, considerate people it seems.”
