Donald Trump's Bizarre Claim of Sending Taliban Leader Abdul a Photo of His House Sparks Social Media Frenzy

Republican Presidential nominee Donald Trump revealed in his debate with Democratic Presidential candidate Kamala Harris that he had sent a picture of his house to Abdul, who Trump said was the head of the Taliban and still is.

However, according to information, the head of the Taliban since 2016 has been Hibatullah Akhundzada.

Donald Trump’s Strange Claim of Sending a House Photo to Taliban Leader Abdul

Trump was probably referring to Abdul Ghani Baradar, a senior Taliban commander and the Taliban’s negotiator with the U.S.

He had also served as Afghanistan’s first deputy prime minister.

Donald Trump was responding to a charge made by Kamala Harris that Trump had brokered “one of the weakest deals” with the Taliban.

Donald Trump replied,

“He is still the head of the Taliban. And I told Abdul, ‘Don’t do it anymore. If you do it anymore, you’re going to have problems.’ And he said, ‘Why do you send me a picture of my house?’ I said, ‘You’re going to have to figure that out, Abdul.’ And for 18 months, we had nobody killed.”

However, Trump’s comments sent social media into a frenzied meme flurry.

One X user asked,

“Now that the dust has settled, can we go back to why Trump sent a guy named Abdul a picture of his house?”

Another user questioned,

“I wonder if Trump is really gonna send Abdul that picture of his house though?”

A third user shared a video with the caption,

“This is what happens when Trump shows #Abdul his house,” and put a dramatic movie scene to buttress his point.

Trump was discussing his role in the chaotic U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan in 2021.

The exit was widely regarded as a failure of the Biden administration, especially after 13 soldiers were killed in a suicide bombing.

The death of the American soldiers was frequently used by Trump to criticize the Biden administration.

However, the fact cannot be negated that Trump had negotiated the exit plan with the Taliban during his time in the White House.

Kamala defended the Biden Administration’s decision to withdraw from Afghanistan.

She also derided the Trump administration’s decision to release 5,000 Taliban prisoners from Afghan prisons.

Trump has also allied with members of the families of the 13 service members killed in the Abbey Gate bombing, and everyone, on some occasion or other, has blamed the Biden Administration for the tragedy.

Trump also visited the Arlington National Cemetery last month to pay respects to the fallen servicemen.

However, his actions stoked controversy, especially when his team took photos and videos in a restricted area.
