FORMER President Donald Trump is “safe following gunshots in his vicinity,” the Trump campaign said on Sunday.
It comes after an assassination attempt on the Republican presidential candidate in Pennsylvania on July 13.

Trump campaign spokesman Steven Cheung said in a statement: “President Trump is safe following gunshots in his vicinity. No further details at this time.”
The statement did not give any additional details.
