But the deal will only run until 2pm[/caption]

The scheme from Fulham was first revealed when they hosted Leicester at Craven Cottage on August 24.

It saw pints of beer, pale ale, Guinness and wine being sold for just £1 before 2pm in a bid to avoid stadium chaos after rolling out a new electronic ticketing system.

The club said they were anticipating “queues” while fans get to grips with the new system, and struck a deal to encourage fans to arrive early to minimise any teething issues.

And they have now confirmed they will be running the scheme once again when they host West Ham at 3pm today.

The club have confirmed stands will open up to three hours before kick-off.

The Riverside will open three hours before kick-off (12:00), the Johnny Haynes and Hammersmith Stands will open two hours before kick-off (13:00) and the Putney End will open an hour and a half before kick-off (13:30).

However, while their opening match saw soft drinks reduced to just 50p, journalist Jack Kelly has reported soft and hot drinks will return to their normal matchday prices for the London derby.

It costs £2 for a cup of tea, £2.50 for coffee, hot chocolate or a Bovril, while a can of Coke, Diet Coke, Fanta or water costs £3.50.

After 2pm a beer will return to its normal retail price of £5.50, while cider, Guinness and bitter will cost £5.

A can of wine will cost £5.30 once the early bird offer is over.

Fulham won their first home game of the season against Leicester courtesy of goals from Emile Smith Rowe and Alex Iwobi.

They have also lost and drawn away from home in games against Manchester United and Ipswich respectively.

Oasis fans brand final Wembley ticket ballot sale a ‘shambles’ amid tech blunders and seats being flogged for over £1k

OASIS fans have once again been left furious, branding the final ballot sale for the last Wembley gigs a ‘shambles’

Tickets for the two final Wembley Stadium gigs next September went on sale this morning at 8.30am on Ticketmaster.

The latest sale was via invite-only ballot on Ticketmaster[/caption]

Within minutes of going on sale, re-sale sites were flogging tickets for over £1k

This time around, they were invite-only, and only available to Oasis fans who received a special ballot code by 9pm last night.

The band also snubbed the dynamic pricing fiasco, which led to a huge backlash when the general sale tickets went on sale last month.

Yet despite this, many fans were still gutted this morning as they reported technical difficulties on Ticketmaster, as well as touts flogging tickets on resale sites for over £1K within minutes of the new tickets going on sale.

Several disappointed fans raged that, despite having the ballot code, Ticketmaster wasn’t playing ball for them.

One raged on reddit: “Getting this message after getting the code and getting through the queue…

“Something went wrong… An error occurred and we could not reserve your tickets.”

Another fumed on X: “What an absolute shitshow again. @TicketmasterUK you are total garbage!!!”

A third screamed: “Well, didn’t Ticketmaster mess up. What a joke.”

A fourth who lost out sobbed: “Never wanting to buy another concert ticket again.”

Others were raging that they hadn’t got ballot codes, yet within minutes of the new tickets going on Ticketmaster, they were already on resale sites like Viagogo for hiked prices.

Some were going for as much as £1,300 by 8.38am.

One took to X to vent: “So f****** predictable. Ticketmaster are a shambles. Proper fans can’t get tickets but the “invite only ballot” tickets are straight on viagogo for over a grand 8 minutes after going on sale.”

A second agreed, weighing in: “Literally minutes and they’re up already whilst us people who genuinely want to see you got nothing.”

Others had a better experience, however, and commented that getting tickets was a much less painful experience this time around.

This time around, Liam and Noel limited tickets to two per customer[/caption]

“I had a much better experience, 5001 ahead of me when I joined the queue. 2 standing tickets paid for 8 minutes later,” one commented on reddit.

Another seconded that: “Eventually it worked and I got 2 tickets!”

The final Wembley gigs are on September 27 and September 28 2025.

Prices range from £74.25 – £206.25, including fees, on Ticketmaster.

They go on sale in three 90 minute blocks today.

The first runs from 8.30 am until 10am.

The second takes place from 12 midday to 1.30pm, and the third will kick off at 3.30pm, lasting until 5pm.

There is also a two ticket per person policy this time around.

Watch the moment Towie’s Harry and Joe clash in rant after love triangle is exposed and engagement hangs by a thread

TOWIE’s Harry Derbidge and Joe Blackman erupted into a heated, sweary argument after a love triangle was revealed, putting their engagement on the brink of collapse.

Just last month, The Sun exclusively reported that Joe had already moved on with Junaid Ahmed, 30, only weeks after ending things with Junaid’s best friend, Harry.

In recent episodes of the ITVBe show, viewers have been teased with hints of a budding romance between Junaid and Joe, following the turbulent relationship between Joe and Harry while in Cyprus.

Last Sunday, Junaid became emotional, breaking down in tears as he openly shared his feelings for Joe.

Although things seemed to improve between Harry and Joe after they reconciled in Cyprus, Harry’s growing connection with Junaid now seems to complicate matters.

Harry and Joe clashed in an explosive row during an upcoming episode of the ITVBe show after Junaid and Joe revealed their new connection to Harry.

During a tense one-on-one conversation, Harry told Joe: “I don’t want everyone’s opinion, if I wanted it I would’ve asked for it.

“I came to sit at that table, and every person there tried to make me feel sh*t about it, like I’ve done something wrong.”

Harry quickly reassured him: “You’ve done nothing wrong.”

A frustrated Joe fired back: “So don’t make me feel like I’ve done something wrong, Harry. Because everybody’s making me feel like sh*t.”

Harry responded: “I’m not making you feel like you’ve done something wrong. When did I make you feel like that? I’m just in shock.”

Joe, still upset, replied: “Over there, everyone’s just tried to embarrass me at that table.”

Harry interjected: “No one’s embarrassing you.”

To which Joe insisted: “Yeah, they have.”

Harry concluded: “The whole situation’s embarrassing, Joe.”

And Joe said: “You think I’m over the moon about it? Do you think I’m loving every minute of it?, I can’t help it.”

The Sun previously revealed that dad-of-one Joe is dating Junaid.

A source told The Sun that TV favourite Harry was left furious after he discovered text messages between Joe and ex pal Junaid.

This led to Harry and Joe having a blazing row and ending things for good, despite talks of marriage just weeks before.

A source told us: “Harry found messages between Joe and Junaid and it led to a huge argument and them splitting.”

TOWIE airs Sundays at 9pm on ITVBe & ITVX. Stream or watch live.

Martin Lewis reveals ‘magic code’ to check on over-the-counter medicines that could save you money

MARTIN Lewis has revealed the ‘magic codes’ to look out for on over-the-counter medicines that could save you a fortune.

When looking for a specific medicine in a pharmacy, you may be bombarded with a range of different brands, all claiming to be better than the rest.

The money saving expert revealed how some brands could be charging you more than double the price for the same product[/caption]

While some brands may claim to be better than others, many of them are just the same pill[/caption]

Rex
Figuring out the trick could save you precious pounds[/caption]

But Lewis’ trick will help to show whether the meds are in-fact identical underneath their colourful packaging.

Lewis revealed that each pill packet has a PL code, a number that indicates a particular drug made by a particular manufacturer.

For example, PL 12063/0104 is a cold and flu remedy that can be found under the brands of Asda, Boots, Galpharm, and Wilko.

Despite their different packaging styles and prices, the product underneath it all is actually identical.

The way you can check this is by looking at a packet’s PL number, typically featured on the back side of the packaging.

If the number exactly matches up to a more expensive pill, you know you’ve found the bargain.

Some tablets may be half the price of their doppelgangers, Lewis claimed.

The money saving guru explained this in his latest weekly ‘Money Tips’ email alongside other saving tricks.

In the list, he also shone light on how hundreds of thousands of people could be overpaying for their prescription medicines.

Lewis said that often the medications listed on prescriptions can actually be accessed for free, or even just cheaper over-the-counter.

If you find yourself buying prescriptions frequently, a repay prescription certificate might save you a hefty sum.

His website described it as “a bit like a prescription season ticket” and that it “can mean big savings.”

These certificates work best for people who get at least one prescription every month.

There are two prepayment options:

  • Three-month prepayment certificate – £32.05
  • 12-month prepayment certificate – £114.50

Compared to paying £9.90 for a prescription item each month, the certificate can make a huge saving.

For example, someone who gets two prescriptions each month for 12 months would save more than £100, compared with paying for individual prescriptions.

You can apply via the NHS prescriptions site.

How to bag a bargain

SUN Savers Editor Lana Clements explains how to find a cut-price item and bag a bargain…

Sign up to loyalty schemes of the brands that you regularly shop with.

Big names regularly offer discounts or special lower prices for members, among other perks.

Sales are when you can pick up a real steal.

Retailers usually have periodic promotions that tie into payday at the end of the month or Bank Holiday weekends, so keep a lookout and shop when these deals are on.

Sign up to mailing lists and you’ll also be first to know of special offers. It can be worth following retailers on social media too.

When buying online, always do a search for money off codes or vouchers that you can use vouchercodes.co.uk and myvouchercodes.co.uk are just two sites that round up promotions by retailer.

Scanner apps are useful to have on your phone. Trolley.co.uk app has a scanner that you can use to compare prices on branded items when out shopping.

Bargain hunters can also use B&M’s scanner in the app to find discounts in-store before staff have marked them out.

And always check if you can get cashback before paying which in effect means you’ll get some of your money back or a discount on the item.
