Strutting down the runway at the Waldorf Hilton Hotel in beige heels, she was accesssorised with matching floral hairclips and a miniature handbag.

Tran said of her participation: “It was wonderful to see Lexi representing my collection, she was a delight to work with backstage, very professional. and she looked beautiful on the catwalk.

“We look forward to styling and working with Lexi in the future. We are proud to have had this moment with her, and we are certain she has a very bright future and career ahead of her.”

In 2022, Lexi signed a modelling contract with Storm Management – the agency that helped make legendary British fashion model Kate Moss a star.

Storm are understood to have made a beeline for Lexi after seeing her out and about with Amanda and on the Britain’s Got Talent judge’s socials.

Insiders are tipping that Lexi could be set to net as much as £1million in her first 12 months thanks to her mum’s star profile.

A source said: “Amanda has been in the industry for years and knows exactly what she is doing.

“She’s business savvy in her own right so with Storm on board it’s the dream combo.

“The plan is for Lexi to meet with a number of heavyweights of the next few years and make a name for herself.

“Love Island stars can command six figure deals for a single collection and with the offers coming in thick and fast for Lexi it’s no exaggeration to say she could easily land countless deals of that value within a year.

“She really is the hottest ticket in town.”

Amanda shares daughters, Lexi and Hollie, 13, with record producer Chris Hughes.

Man, 42, who raped girl, 14, in alleyway two decades ago jailed after victim came forward to Rotherham sex abuse probe

Waleed Ali has been jailed for five years after raping a teenage girl

A MAN who raped a 14-year-old girl in an alleyway two decades ago has been jailed after the victim came forward to the Rotherham sex abuse investigation.

Waleed Ali, 42, from Scunthorpe, Lincolnshire, was sentenced immediately after jurors found him guilty of raping a girl under 16 years old at Sheffield Crown Court on Friday, the National Crime Agency (NCA) said.

He had been convicted of raping and indecently assaulting another girl, 13, in the same alleyway in early 2003 following an investigation by South Yorkshire Police, the NCA added.

His latest conviction was a result of the NCA’s Operation Stovewood probe into historic allegations of abuse in Rotherham, Yorkshire, between 1997 and 2013 – the UK’s largest child sexual exploitation inquiry.

Ali was arrested and interviewed in September 2021 after a woman told Operation Stovewood officers that she had been attacked when she was 14 years old and had not reported it before.

Ali was in his early 20s and living in Rotherham when he spotted the victim sitting alone at a water fountain in the town centre one day between March 2003 and March 2004, the NCA said.

He and a group of men approached the girl and he asked her to go into a nearby alleyway with him, the force said, adding that when she refused Ali grabbed her by the arm and tried to force her to her feet.

The girl was “intimidated” by the men and went into the dark alleyway where Ali raped her “away from public sight”, according to the NCA.

During the 2021 interview he told officers that he felt “sick” at their questions and denied the crime.

Senior investigating officer, Stuart Cobb, said: “After speaking with the victim, National Crime Agency officers meticulously identified corroborating evidence.

“For 21 years the victim suffered in silence but her brave testimony combined with our investigative work has ensured her attacker faced justice.

“I urge anyone who is a victim of child sexual abuse, no matter how long ago the abuse occurred, to seek support and, if they feel ready, report it to the police, who have officers specially trained to investigate such cases.”

On Thursday and Friday, seven men were jailed for committing child sex abuse offences against two young girls in Rotherham during the 2000s as part of Operation Stovewood, the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) reported.

The abuse started when one of the girls was as young as 11 and Sheffield Crown Court heard how the defendants regularly picked up the victims in their cars and gave them cigarettes, alcohol, cannabis and money, the CPS said.

The girls would then be assaulted, forced to perform sexual acts or raped.

Operation Stovewood was set up in the wake of the landmark Jay Report which found in 2014 that at least 1,400 girls were abused by gangs of men of mainly Pakistani heritage in Rotherham between 1997 and 2013.

Dozens of people have been convicted as a result of the operation, which the NCA says is the single largest law enforcement operation of its kind ever undertaken in the UK.

Last year, the NCA announced that new allegations would be handled by South Yorkshire Police rather than Operation Stovewood, saying it had identified more than 1,100 children involved in the exploitation between 1997 and 2013 – almost all girls.

The agency said it remains committed to seeing its current investigations through to the end of the criminal justice process, which is anticipated to continue into 2027.

Previous estimates have put the cost of Operation Stovewood at around £90million.

The NCA said anyone who has been sexually abused as a child can report to police by calling 101 or visiting a police station.

EFL star produces ‘worst miss in football history’ by fluffing open goal… and even OWN MANAGER says it’s ‘hilarious’

EBOU ADAMS had a nightmare of epic proportions when facing his old team on Saturday.

Adams, 28, was taking on former club Cardiff City for the first time since making a permanent switch to Derby County when he missed a wide open goal.

Unbelievably, his effort went wide[/caption]

The English midfielder found himself through on goal with just seconds left to play and a chance to put a cherry on top of Derby’s 1-0 lead.

But rather than doubling Derby’s lead and coming back to haunt his old side, he give himself a moment that will likely haunt him for the rest of his career.

With Cardiff goalkeeper Jak Alnwick laying facedown in the centre-circle after a failed attempt to come well off his line and win a header, Adams was handed a golden opportunity.

He had all the goal to aim for after winning the long-ball by Curtis Nelson and the nearest Cardiff defender was nowhere near him as be broke through.

But in a moment of sheer panic, Adams couldn’t get his feet right and poked his effort WIDE from inside the box.

The shocking moment ultimately had no bearing on the result with Derby still seeing out their 1-0 lead and taking all three points.

Fans online labelled the miss as the “worst miss in football history”.

While another joked that Adams was “showing respect” for his former team by missing the target on purpose.

Rams manager Paul Warne was able to see the funny side of the whole situation, most likely because his side still managed to win the game.

Warne described the situation as “hilarious”, suggesting that the game would go down in history as “Ebou’s game”.

While joking that the moment could become as famous as former Liverpool hero Ronnie Rosenthal‘s miss against Aston Villa in 1992.

He said: “I thought it was hilarious. My memory is so bad, in years to come people will remember it as the Ebou game, it was like a Ronnie Rosenthal moment.

“In fairness to him, he’s the only player on the pitch who would have got that opportunity, no one would have been brave enough to go for the header and no one had any energy left.

“I would have been buzzing for him if he had scored because he thoroughly deserved it, but I have a sick sense of humour so it made me smile as well, but it will go down as Ebou’s game.”

Ex-Man Utd star Hannibal Mejbri dubbed ‘epic s***house’ after outrageously taunting Leeds fans in tense Burnley win

HANNIBAL MEJBRI was dubbed an “epic s***house” for his outrageous taunting of Leeds fans.

The Tunisia star, 21, spent five years on the books at Manchester United.

He then celebrated with the following Burnley supporters at Elland Road[/caption]

He left Old Trafford for Burnley in a permanent transfer this summer, announced with a brilliant Oasis-themed video.

But that did not stop the ex-Red Devils man from causing more misery for his old rivals.

The midfielder started for the Clarets as they secured a crucial 1-0 win away at Elland Road.

And as he was subbed off in the 73rd minute, Hannibal made sure to give it large to the passionate home fans, deliberately winding them up.

A video filmed from the away end shows the youngster going full Jamie Vardy by goading the home supporters, pointing at them lapping up their hostility and then appearing to show the 1-0 scoreline with his fingers.

That sent the two sets of fans wild for very different reasons – prompting cheers from the Burnley followers and furious anger from the home fans behind the goal.

Hannibal – flanked by three members of staff ushering him towards the dugouts – then turned towards his Burnley faithful to applaud them.

And he rounded off the rustling by gearing up for a massive fist pump, prompting more cheers, before one final dig at the infuriated Leeds supporters.

One fan can be overheard in the video saying “what a f***ing legend” and the “class” behaviour went down a storm on social media, too.

The video was posted with the caption: “Hannibal is rent free in every Leeds fans’ head.”

Another wrote: “Absolutely love to see him giving it large to Leeds.”

A bitter Leeds supporter sarcastically said: “Oh wow what an epic cool s***house!! Totally not just a p***k.”

A third added: “He just gets it.”

A fourth typed: “New Burnley legend incoming.”

And a United fan responded: “Take care of him lads.”

Plenty of other angry Leeds vented at Hannibal in the replies – while the Burnley fan insisted their new hero’s antics continued all the way around the pitch.

On the field, Leeds dominated the stats with 72 per cent possession and 17 shots to Burnley’s seven.

But it was Luca Koleosho’s 18th-minute goal that proved the difference in front of Will Ferrell.

The Italian winger capitalised on Manor Solomon’s slip and sprinted all the way from his own half before blasting in.

Burnley were reduced to ten men for the final seconds when Bashir Humphreys was shown a second yellow card for a forceful challenge in the 98th minute.

Scott Parker’s side sit third after five games while the defeat was Leeds’ first of the season and they are ninth.

At least two killed and 29 injured as two passenger trains plough into each other in Egypt’s Nile Delta

AT least two people have been killed after two passenger trains ploughed into each other in Egypt’s Nile Delta.

The horror crash happened in the city of Zagazig, the capital of Sharqiya province, the country’s railway authority said in a statement.

Video from the site of the crash showed a train car crumpled by the impact, surrounded by crowds as men tried to lift the injured through the windows of a passenger car.

Egypt’s Health Ministry said that Saturday’s collision injured at least 29 others.

Train derailments and crashes are common in Egypt, where an aging railway system has also been plagued by mismanagement.

In recent years, the government announced initiatives to improve its railways.

In 2018, President Abdel Fattah el-Sissi said some 250 billion Egyptian pounds, or $8.13 billion, would be needed to properly overhaul the North African countrys neglected rail network.

Last month, a train crashed into a truck crossing the train tracks in the Mediterranean province of Alexandria, killing two people.
