The mum-of-three danced to Megan Thee Stallion’s Mamushi as Aston could be seen in the background with their newborn daughter Riley.
“Hold baby girl for a second babe,” the dance teacher captioned the TikTok video.
She sported a Friends T-shirt and a pair of baggy jeans for the video, with her bob casual and wavy.
And while there were those complimenting dance teacher Sarah’s moves in the video, others were more intrigued by her similarity to another famous face – namely Kate Ferdinand.
“I swear this is Kate Ferdinand’s twin,” one wrote.
“I thought it was her too!” another added.
“You look the double of Kate Ferdinand,” a third agreed.
“Yesssss!” someone else admitted.
“Yeah she look like Kate Ferdinand,” another said.
As someone else wrote: “That’s exactly what I thought!”
Despite people being quick to point out the likeness between the pair, there’s quite an age difference.
While Sarah is 40, Kate – the wife of former footballer Rio Ferdinand – is just 33.
Kate has two children with Rio, and is also stepmother to his two children with his late wife Rebecca.
The comments section on Sarah’s video was also filled with people desperate to know where she got her outfit from.
“Where are the fabulous jeans from?” one wrote.
“Where can I get those jeans pls?” another asked.
Who is Aston Merrygold's wife Sarah Lou?
ASTOH and Sarah met back in 2012, when she worked as a dancer for JLS.
They got engaged on Christmas Day in 2017, and welcomed son Grayson Jax into the world in 2018.
Sarah later gave birth to their second son Macaulay Shay in June 2020.
The pair announced they’d tie the knot in an Instagram post in 2022.
And they welcomed their first daughter when Sarah gave birth to Riley in March.
As a third said: “Love your T-shirt!”

Others were quick to praise Sarah in general, with one commenting: “She’s such a damn vibe!”

AFTER successfully growing out her locks, one woman revealed the common oiling mistakes to avoid.
She demonstrated the haircare errors a lot of people are guilty of committing.

In her viral video, TikTok user Duygu (@duygu.cdc) talked her followers through the top five hair oiling mistakes that can damage your scalp and cause breakage.
The self-described “healthy hair fairy” demonstrated each of the blunders.
For her first tip, Duygu advised her audience not to apply oil to their hair or scalp after showering.
The experts at Skin Kraft explained why applying oil to dry hair is the best move.
“Water forms a layer on your hair and scalp that does not allow the oil to pass through it,” they wrote.
“If you apply oil to wet hair, [the] water will repel it and won’t allow for deep penetration.”
The TikToker also pointed out that applying oil without brushing out your locks properly can prevent it from nourishing your scalp.
Removing the tangles from your mane can help to distribute oils more evenly.
The haircare professionals at Skin Kraft also advised against combing your locks after oiling as they are more prone to breakage.
According to Duygu, another ineffective step is washing the oil out too quickly.
The experts at Skin Kraft revealed the minimum amount of time required for hair oiling to be effective.
“Allow the oil to sit on your scalp for at least one hour,” the professionals advised.
“This lets the oil penetrate through the follicles and nourish your scalp.”
Duygu also told her audience to resist “massaging hair oil really hard on the scalp.”
The haircare specialists at Skin Kraft spoke about the dangers of massaging “too vigorously.”
The 4 stages of the hair growth cycle
Hair experts at Philip Kingsley shared the four stages of the hair growtn cycle are: Anagen, Catagen, Telogen and Exogen
Anagen Phase: Also known as the ‘Growth Phase’ or ‘Active Phase’, is when the cells in the root of your hair are most rapidly dividing so more new hair is formed.
During the Anagen Phase, hair grows around half an inch a month [about six inches a year], and faster in the summer than in winter.
This phase of the hair growth cycle lasts an average of three to five years.
Catagen Phase: Following the Anagen Phase, your hair cycle enters a short transitional phase known as the Catagen Phase, which signals the end of active hair growth and cuts individual hairs off from the blood supply and from the cells that produce new hair.
Approximately three percent of all hairs are in this stage at any time and it lasts for around 10 days.
Telogen Phase: The third stage of your natural hair growth cycle is the Telogen Phase, a resting period when strands remain in their follicles but are not actively growing.
An estimate of 10-15 percent of your hairs are in the Telogen Phase at any given moment.
The Telogen Phase lasts around three months or 100 days.
Exogen Phase: The final stage of the Hair Growth Cycle, when individual hair strands are released from their follicles and fall out.
Now the whole process begins again.
“Massaging your scalp too fast or vigorously can break your hair,” they explained.
Instead, they suggest massaging your scalp gently in slow circular motions.
Finally, the TikToker advised her audience against applying too much oil to their hair.
The experts at Skin Kraft explained that overusing hair oil will require you to apply more shampoo to your locks.
“This will strip away your hair’s natural oils along with the excess oil you’re attempting to get off,” they explained.
Duygu’s followers shared their thoughts on the advice in the comments section.
“I can attest to all these mistakes. I went partially bald, y’all be careful,” warned one viewer.
“Me just realising now I’m doing it wrong,” wrote another TikTok user.
“I don’t think you can apply too much hair oil ever,” commented a third person.
“Yes, if you’re doing it everyday and if you already have oily scalp then it can be an issue but [it’s] OK once or twice a week.”
