CELEBS Go Dating star Ella Morgan has revealed the incredible way she’s paid back her ‘supportive’ parents, after finding fame as a reality star.
She shot to fame after starring on Married At First Sight UK last year, and then Ella returned to her reality star TV roots to appear on Celebs Go Dating.
And while the star admits her parents were initially reluctant for her to marry a stranger and appear on a reality TV show, the 29-year-old says they’re now “more supportive than ever” of her career on the telly.
As a result, Ella decided to try and pay her parents back in a way that she saw fit, and admits she’s paying off their mortgage off the back of her reality TV success.
Speaking from her parents home, Ella told The Sun: “I’m paying off my parents’ mortgage. I want them to be able to give up work so that they can look after my sausage dogs all the time, buy loads, we can all live together, and then I can get loads of sausage dogs.
“And we can all live this nice, happy life.”
The Celebs Go Dating star continued to say that her parents have “given up so much” to support her, as she added: “My parents have done so much for me so that I could be happy and live as authentic Ella.
“I think the least I could do was to give them an easier happy life. And I said to them as soon as I did MAFS, I was like, I kind of feel like I’m going to be a star because I always knew it when I was young.
“I said I’m not going to work 9 to 5. I’m going be on the telly one day, and I am .And I said the least I could do is make your life easier. So, yeah, that’s my gesture, paying off their mortgage. And we are actually going on a nice holiday on Monday too.”
Ella has spoken in the past about how she put her parents “through the mill” as a teenager.
She explained that she thinks her parents struggled with her transitioning and never properly “grieved losing a son,” as she said: “I have put them through a lot, that I I’ve never really spoken about. A lot of people don’t understand that actually with trans people, it’s hard for us, but in my eyes it’s actually harder for my family, it was harder for my parents.
“They obviously gave birth to a boy who then ended up disappearing and changing overnight. And I don’t think my mum or dad ever grieved me, losing Evan.”
And Ella says they didn’t actually want her to do any reality TV in the first place, but supported nonetheless.
She continued to tell The Sun: “They support me because they’ve always supported me with everything I’ve done. And they keep me so grounded that they’re very much like humble yourself.
“I think because I’ve got that support from my family and my brothers and everyone else around me I don’t get too egotistical or big headed, but I still find it weird that I’m basically living the dream too, because I haven’t got any talent.
“I can’t sing and can’t really act so I have just got I guess my personality.
“And my mum and dad came to my MAFS wedding – they did it for me, not because they really wanted to. I don’t think they ever wanted me to marry a strange, but they came to the wedding and they are incredible.”

The post on the Reddit forum read, “The shoes looked familiar so I went to check his past outfits, I think they are the same?”
As co-chair of the 2021 Met Gala – whose theme was “In America: A Lexicon of Fashion – Timothée famously walked the red carpet wearing a pair of $70 white Converse hi-tops.
Fans speculated whether these were the same shoes they had spotted in Kylie’s birthday snaps shared on social media on Saturday.
“Um probably? Lol,” one Reddit user commented. “There’s a reason she only allowed them to post this shot and angle.
“On a side note, it’s a bit weird for his shoes to be taken off right there.”
Kylie and Timothee have kept things private for the most part since confirming their romance last year.
Paddy McGuinness confirms return date for Inside The Factory as he officially takes over from Gregg Wallace
PADDY McGuinness has confirmed the return date for Inside The Factory.
The former Take Me Out presenter will officially take over the show from MasterChef star Gregg Wallace.
Inside The Factory has been a firm favourite with viewers after it made its debut on BBC Three since 2015.
The show followed former restaurateur Gregg, presenter Cherry Healey and historian Ruth Goodman as they looked at the production of our most iconic food.
They took a peek behind the scenes at how some of our shop products came to exist as we know them today.
Back in 2023, it was announced that Gregg would depart from the series as he decided to focus on his autistic son, Sid.
Now Paddy, has given his fans a behind the scenes peak at filming as he played a prank on Cherry.
Taking to Instagram, he posted a short video where he was dressed in a white apron and blue shower cap.
He hid behind a door in an office of one of the factories as he attempted to scare his co-star.
It didn’t exactly go to plan as he was left waiting for a long time before she eventually made her way into the meeting room.
However, Paddy confirmed when viewers can actually expect to see the new set of episodes in the caption of his post.
He captioned the post: “I committed to this for nigh on 10 minutes!!! Worth every second!
“Love you @cherryhealey. Brand new Inside The Factory starts Jan 2025.”
In May 2023, it was reported that the real reason Gregg, 58, stood down from his role was because he had ‘offended female staff’ with ‘inappropriate banter’ at one of the factories.
He commented on the situation during an appearance on Good Morning Britain.
Speaking to Richard Madeley and Kate Garraway, he explained: “I left. I have got a little boy called Sid who at the moment is non-verbal, he is still in nappies.
“He has got learning difficulties, I am an ambassador now for Ambitious about Autism, mum needed help there.
“There was an argument inside the factory, the reporting isn’t accurate. There was an issue, I thought that is the perfect time to come out. Offending people in the factory, no.”
He added: “There was an issue, I don’t want to discuss what the issue was but I thought that is a good time.”

ENGLAND star Angel Gomes went from hero to zero as he was sent off in the Champions League.
The 24-year-old made his Three Lions debut in the win over Ireland and then put in a man of the match performance against Finland last week.
Now back with his club Lille, Gomes played in their Champions League opener away at Sporting Lisbon yesterday.
But the midfielder was sent off in the first-half for two bookable offences.
He picked up his first yellow card just 21 minutes after kick-off for stopping a counter-attack by chopping down ex-Wolves winger Trincao.
And then with 40 minutes on the clock, Gomes caught the back of Viktor Gyokeres‘ leg after he cleverly spun away from him.
Lithuanian referee Donastas Rumsas decided it was worthy of another booking and sent the former Manchester United wonderkid for an early bath.
The second booking came a matter of seconds after Gyokeres had opened the scoring for Sporting.
And with Lille down to ten-men, they were unable to overturn the deficit and lost 2-0.
Zeno Debast scored the other in what was a goal of the season contender.

During his time with England, Gomes’ composure on the ball and hard work out of possession saw him earn praise from manager Lee Carsley.

Channel 4 star could be forced to demolish bikini sunroom she built in £4m home in bitter neighbour spy row
A CHANNEL 4 star could have to demolish the bikini sunroom at her £4million home amid a bitter row with her neighbour.
Celebrity interior designer Celia Sawyer, known as “Mrs Bling”, has been involved in a privacy battle with Neil Kennedy, who lives nextdoor to her in affluent Sandbanks, Dorset.
Retired accountant Mr Kennedy had built a balcony which Celia claims overlooks her garden – where she regularly lays in a bikini.
Celia – who stars in Channel 4’s Four Rooms – and her husband Nick heavily opposed the construction of the feature, which is located on the mansion’s third floor and overlooks Poole Harbour.
Mr Kennedy was forced to apply for retrospective planning permission for the balcony, and Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council (BCP) gave it the tick of approval.
Celia had previously slammed the green light decision, telling MailOnline: “I think it’s appalling my neighbour is allowed to have windows looking into someone’s house.
“Saying it’s not overlooking or a breach of privacy because it is a bathroom is absolute rubbish.
“It doesn’t make me feel good, to know he can stand on his balcony and look into our garden when I’m in my bikini.”
After permission was granted, BCP got an anonymous complaint that Celia’s glass sunroom – which was installed in 2020 – also did not have planning permission.
Now Celia has been invited to make a retrospective planning permission application, but the sunroom is so close to the edge of the water there is a high risk of it flooding.
Buildings are not typically allowed to be built in such places, but a decision on the matter by the BCP planning department is set to be reached this week.
Celia may have to tear down the sunroom if permission is denied.
Celia and Mr Kennedy both declined to comment.
The properties have rear gardens which back onto the water and have panoramic views over Poole Harbour.
Celia purchased her property with Nick for £2.7m in 2007, with the house now worth more than £4million.
What are your retrospective planning permission rights?

Although a local planning authority may invite an application, you must not assume permission will be granted.
A person who has undertaken unauthorised development has only one opportunity to obtain planning permission after the event.
This can either be through a retrospective planning application or an appeal against an enforcement notice – on the grounds that planning permission should be granted or the conditions should be removed.
The local planning authority can decline a retrospective planning application if an enforcement notice has previously been issued.
No appeal may be made if an enforcement notice is issued within the time allowed for determination of a retrospective planning application.
Celia and her husband did not object to Mr Kennedy’s initial plans to rip down a £2million bungalow next to their home.
He planned to replace it with a three-storey house, but the couple had said their neighbour failed to stick to the original proposals.
The couple also had issues as they say windows have been added to both sides of the new property, meaning their neighbour could look directly into their house.
BCP were unable to comment because it concerns a live application.
