Standing just metres away from her was none other than Hollywood star and former James Bond actor Daniel Craig.

Daniel, 56, was sporting longer hair than his 007 alter-ego and cut a casual figure in a baseball cap, jeans and trainers.

So it’s no wonder Kelly was blissfully unaware of Daniel’s presence during her day out with Jeremy and the dog.

The No Time To Die star has been showing off a very different look lately and was recently seen on holiday in Venice with wife Rachel Weisz.

Meanwhile Kelly and Jeremy took part in the latest series of the celebrity spin-off of Race Across The World.

Last night saw the series draw to a close, with kelly and Jeremy coming in fourth place.

Radio host Kelly recently revealed she begged producers for food and a shower while filming the show.

“[Production] would not help us at all.

“They are eating Brazilian BBQ in front of you and won’t give you anything.

“There was a hotel room which all the crew were using to shower and charge their phones and I hadn’t showered in three days and they wouldn’t give me the key.

“I was trying to bond with them to get them to help us but they weren’t having any of it.”

My fence was too short to stop my neighbours peeping in – I found a gorgeous solution that’s cheaper than replacing it

CARVING out a slice of personal space has never been more important.

Especially when it comes to enjoying nature in the comfort of your own home.

they were tiny when i planted them 2 years ago
The DIY fan showed off her garden which clearly had peeping neighbours
tiktok/@locationhouseofbeau

If you find you can’t have this as you have peeping neighbours looking into your garden, then a privacy fence is what you need.

But with the average UK fence installation cost being between £1500 and £2000 excluding materials, getting one added to your garden may be out of the window due to the cost.

However, one DIY fan has revealed how you don’t have to break the bank to try and get some privacy in your garden.

Instead, she found a gorgeous solution which helps to stop peering neighbours and is cheaper than investing in a wooden one.

The DIY fan, who is known as @locationhouseofbeau on TikTok, shared a before and after video of her garden showing how much a small tweak can make such a big difference.

The video showed that her garden originally had low wood fences, which clearly allowed her neighbours to look over the top of them.

But, to prevent this from happening she decided to plant Japanese privet trees.

She said: “They were tiny when I planted them two years ago but now they provide the perfect privacy screening.”

The DIY fan revealed that she spent £150 each per plant and she found five were enough to cover her entire garden.

However, if you hunt around for them – the trees can be sold for as little as £60.

Her video gained lots of attention with many rushing to the comments section to share their thoughts and ask questions.

“How are the roots with this tree?” asked one intrigued gardening fan.

“I was looking into ficus but heard a lot of bad things about how invasive the roots are.”

And the Location House of Beau account replied: “These tree roots aren’t invasive so they are fine near structures etc.”

Another wrote: “Love these! What size gap do you have between each tree?”

And the DIY TikTok account replied: “Mine are 1.8m apart. I planted them right in the middle of each fence panel.”

A third added: “I love this! It annoys me so much when people hate on gardens because neighbours can see in… errr plant trees then?

“It just takes time, that’s all.”

A fourth asked: “Do you know how often you’ll need to cut them back?”

To which Location House of Beau replied: “An annual pruning is recommended so they don’t become too woody no later than early July I think.”

What are your rights over a fence row?

IT'S very important to know your rights if you are embroiled in a fence row with a neighbour.

How do I know which side I own?

A boundary feature can be a fence, wall, hedge, ditch, piece of wire, or sometimes even just the edge of a driveway.

The only way to know for certain who owns what side and to avoid any neighbour disputes, is to refer to the title plan or Land Registry

In this, the T mark is used to indicate who the boundary belongs to and therefore who is responsible for its upkeep, say pros at Jacksons Fencing.

Larger developments tend to have some indication provided by the builder, but there are no hard and fast rules

People often think they are responsible for the left (or right) hand boundary wherever they live, but there isn’t any legal basis for this.

You can check with HM Land Registry to see which boundary feature you are responsible for.

Often households can’t get hold of the paperwork but experts say they shouldn’t panic.

Homeowners can guess who owns the fence by checking where the rails are.

Pros say: “The fence is typically facing away from their property so that their neighbour gets the ‘good’ side.

“This is the most secure way of facing fencing so there are no rails for anyone to use to climb into your garden.

“This is then repeated with the neighbour on the other side to ensure that each home has both a ‘good’ and ‘bad’ fence side.”

Walls and fences are often built on the land of the boundary’s owner with the edge of the wall marking the limit.

While professionals agree a glimpse at the fence can give you a hint, it’s not foolproof – so you can’t be certain.

Fines and punishment

It is recommended to always check legal documents before making changes to avoid hefty fines.

There is no law that the neighbour has to get the good side of the fence, so it’s completely up to whoever owns the fence.

Fencing pros have suggested: “It may be worth selecting a double-sided panel with no ‘bad’ side as both sides look the same and rails are concealed within the fence panel.”

If one boundary backs onto a road or footpath you can install the panels with the rails on the inside

But if it’s installed on the outside, it can provide an “easy ladder for burglars to enter your garden”.

The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Property Litigation Association have created a mediation service to help neighbours resolve disputes over their property boundaries without resorting to court action.

RICS also provides a list of surveyors who could assist in boundary disputes.

If a dispute continues, it is ultimately a court that makes decisions, but they do not like such disputes being put before them.

Changing a boundary

If you want to change an existing boundary, such as replacing an old fence with a new one, we always recommend discussing with your neighbour first and making sure it is all agreed.

The registered titles can help you to reach an agreement, but only if this information has been added.

In terms of decorations on a fence legal advisers recommended asking around over who actually first installed it.

But they also urged caution before getting to work on amending the fence without getting more certainty yourself – since there is a danger of actually being prosecuted for criminal damage.

How high can a garden fence be?

The height of the fence is measured from your ground level, this can have an impact when, due to slopes in the ground, your garden may be at a higher level than your neighbours‘.

garden fence can be as high as 100m but you need to get planning permission if it’s over than 2m.

However, there are some complications to this.

If you are thinking about front garden fences, restrictions state that fences alongside a driveway can be a maximum of 1m or 3ft.

You would need to get planning permission for putting a trellis on a fence of 2m.

But, if any plant that you grow on that trellis exceeds 2m, you do not need to obtain a permit for the growing plant.

Alongside pal Dan Evans he battled through two gruelling matches in the men’s doubles, before falling in the quarter-finals to American duo Taylor Fritz and Tommy Paul in his final ever match.

Since quitting tennis, Murray has spent plenty of time on the golf course.

Yesterday he even took part in a Pro-Am at Wentworth alongside Scottish player Bob MacIntyre.

While appearing at the event in Surrey, Murray lifted the lid on his post-retirement weight loss.

He admitted: “I haven’t been to the gym for five weeks.

“I said to my wife, I was like, Look, I’m going to make sure when I stop, I’m going to make sure I stay in good shape.

“And she said: ‘Oh, if you’re just going to go and play golf, I don’t want that’.

“I was like: ‘No, no, I’ll get myself in the gym, make sure I stay in shape’.

“And she said: ‘Oh, if you’re just going to go and play golf, I don’t want that’.

“I was like: ‘No, no, I’ll get myself in the gym, make sure I stay in shape’.

“But we obviously have like loads of the sport drinks have got lot of calories in them, and I only really drink water and coffee now.

“So I don’t know, I think just less calories and probably loss of muscle.

“I’ve lost about 11, 12 pounds. It’s a lot. I was expecting the opposite to happen. It’s about five kilos, yeah.”

Following his display at Wentworth, Murray responded to fans that commented on his technique on social media.

He wrote on X: “Huge thanks to all the amateur golfers on social media for their constructive criticism of my golf swing.

“Much appreciated.”

During his appearance, he also caught up with old pal Rory McIlroy.

At one point he was seen giving the golf star a pep talk, with McIlroy having endured a tricky year.

Transfer recommendations ahead of Gameweek 5 – Manchester United assets promise short-terms gains

GAMEWEEK 5 promises to be a pivotal juncture in the Dream Team calendar.

Manchester City v Arsenal is the current Premier League equivalent of an unstoppable force against an immovable object and gaffers will be split between those who captain Erling Haaland (£9.1m) and those who feel this is the week to take him on.

Ten of the 20 Premier League sides have two fixtures to fulfil this coming Gameweek with eight in Carabao Cup action and two set to start their Europa League campaign.

Which brings us neatly onto this week’s transfer recommendations…

Marcus Rashford (£3.8m)

What a difference a week makes.

Manchester United’s No10 mustered just nine points from his first three outings of the season and looked bereft of confidence but he was at the heart of an incredibly encouraging Gameweek 4 for the Red Devils.

Erik ten Hag’s side followed up their 3-0 win over Southampton with a 7-0 thrashing of Barnsley in the Carabao Cup with Rashford contributing three goals and an assist across the two games.

Granted, the opposition were favourable but a 32-point return has to be respected – he’ll finish as the Gameweek’s joint-top performer barring something special from an Arsenal player this evening.

Rashford’s mega haul means he’s destined for a price increase so gaffers could take a short-term punt on him for one or two Gameweeks and then flip him for a tidy profit.

And it’s an opportune time to employ such a tactic with Man United set to take on Crystal Palace and FC Twente.

The Carabao Cup games may yield healthy returns but the top teams are expected to rotate their squad amid schedule congestion.

Whereas Ten Hag will surely name strong line-ups in both Gameweek 5 fixtures as he’ll want to start the Europa League campaign with a win.

All this means Rashford, with confidence renewed, should get at least 120 minutes playing time this coming Gameweek.

Only Dwight McNeil (£3.5m) has created more big chances than the 26-year-old at the time of writing.

Garnacho is pushing hard for a place in the starting line-up[/caption]

Alejandro Garnacho (£3.6m) also amassed 32 points in Gameweek 4, via three goals and two assists.

The Argentine winger ticks a lot of boxes but he’s been limited to an average of 35 minutes per league fixture so far this season, which is a concern.

If we knew the 20-year-old would start both games he would be an excellent option but that’s not a guarantee given Ten Hag’s recent team selections – proceed with caution.

Dominic Solanke (£4m)

First things first, Tottenham don’t look great right now.

Following a painful defeat in the North London derby, Ange Postecoglou oversaw a meek performance against Coventry on Wednesday night, though his side did beat the Championship outfit in the end.

That being said, we still think Spurs assets are well positioned to provide healthy returns in Gameweek 5 as they too will participate in the opening round of Europa League games.

We’re backing Solanke to score his first Spurs goal in Gameweek 5[/caption]

Solanke and company have the luxury of back-to-back home games against Brentford (depleted by injuries) and Qarabag.

The ex-Bournemouth striker returned from injury in Gameweek 4 and while he returned just six points from two outings, he’s a tempting option as the focal point of the attack.

Admittedly, Spurs have struggled to convert possession into goals but the statistics suggest they will generate plenty of chances against the Bees – only West Ham have faced more shots in the top flight this term.

Couple this match-up with a home game against Azerbaijani opposition on Thursday night and there’s a relatively good chance Solanke opens his account in Gameweek 5.

The likes of Son Heung-min (£5.2m), Pedro Porro (£4.4m) and James Maddison (£4.3m) are all viable too.

Ollie Watkins (£5.6m)

Aston Villa’s main man finally came to the party in Gameweek 4.

Watkins scored twice against Everton last Saturday to inspire his side to a comeback victory and provided an assist away to Young Boys in the Champions League on Tuesday night.

When all was said done, he added 24 points to his total – only the aforementioned Rashford and Garnacho have earned more points this Gameweek at the time of writing.

Looking ahead to Gameweek 5, the Villains are due to host an out-of-form Wolves at Villa Park before travelling to Wycombe for Carabao Cup commitments.

It wouldn’t be a surprise if Watkins was rested for the match-up against League One opposition (he was pictured icing his ankle in Switzerland after being substituted) but the impressive forward could feast against Gary O’Neil’s mob – only Everton have conceded more league goals this season.

Plus, Watkins is not merely a short-term punt, he’s potentially a set-and-forget asset.

Villa are one of just seven teams with two fixtures to fulfil in Gameweek 6 (Ipswich and Bayern Munich).

Dominik Szoboszlai (£4.1m)

There are several Liverpool assets who should be a higher priority than the Hungary international but given Mohamed Salah (£7.6m), Luis Diaz (£5m) and Trent Alexander-Arnold (£5.9m) are already among the most-popular players in the game, there’s no need to waste time detailing their attributes.

Szoboszlai is an affordable differential for gaffers who want a slice of the Reds’ action without breaking the bank.

Szoboszlai looked much brighter against Milan in midweek[/caption]

The 23-year-old was subdued against Nottingham Forest (as were all his team-mates) but he took Milan for 11 points in midweek.

He is expected to continue as the most-advanced midfielder in Arne Slot’s system for the foreseeable future.

Liverpool host Bournemouth (league) and West Ham (cup) in Gameweek 5 with Wolves and Bologna to follow in Gameweek 6.

Confirm your transfers for Gameweek 5 before Saturday’s 11am deadline.

The show is hosted by Jason Mohammad and featured ex-pros Joe Hart and Stephan Warnock as well as French journalist Julien Laurens.

The intro features historic moments from the history of the competition.

This includes Didier Drogba‘s header against Bayern Munich, Tony Watts’ goal against Barcelona for Celtic and Zinedine Zidane‘s wondergoal in the 2002 final.

Clips were also shown of clubs such as Liverpool, Barcelona and Real Madrid lifting the heralded trophy.

The tournament’s iconic music was played over the top at the start of the sequence before Match of the Day‘s classic music took over.

The majority of fans loved the mash-up of the tunes as they reacted on social media.

One posted: “The motd theme with clips from the Champions League is truly brain-breaking. I *love* that BBC have the CL highlights but this is going to take some getting used to.”

A second wrote: “Champions League anthem followed by the Match of the Day anthem? Solid from the BBC.”

However, some were less keen on the combination.

One complained: “Mixing the Champions League theme with the MOTD one just doesn’t work.”

A second pointed out the running order of the match highlights with Celtic’s 5-1 win over Slovan Bratislava up first.

They wrote: “Celtic on first on a Champions League MOTD. The game has never been more gone. The correct decision it’s just a scary world we’re living in.”

Manchester City started their Champions League campaign with a goalless draw against Inter Milan at the Etihad Stadium.

Liverpool and Aston Villa both started with wins as they beat AC Milan and Young Boys respectively.

Arsenal begins their tournament tonight against Italian outfit Atalanta.

New Champions League format

Each club will play eight matches in the opening phase – against seeded opposition, in a system designed to ensure that teams play opponents of similar difficulty.

The top eight teams in the “final” table will automatically go through to the last 16, where they will be joined by the eight play-off winners of ties between the sides placed ninth to 24th in the table.

Despite there being just eight matches in the opening phase, European matches will be spread over 10 midweek slots.

The new Champions League format also sees the implication of two additional qualifying spots.

They will be awarded to the nations that are top of the “country coefficient” chart each season.

I begged Daniel Dubois to call off sparring session after freak mistake but Anthony Joshua rival showed a touch of class

BOXING prospect John Hedges once begged Daniel Dubois to call off a sparring session after landing an accidental blow.

The cruiserweight was body sparring – meaning no face shots were allowed – at trainer Mark Tibbs’ gym.

But Hedges was given a fright when of his punches strayed too high and hit Dubois upstairs.

Hedges, 22, told Boxing Social: “Me and him got on really well to be honest with you – we trained together for about three months.

“We were training down at Newlands at the time, still under the Tibbs banner and it was just one of them things. It’s a freak accident.

“Sometimes, being scared – and I’ll be honest with you, I was scared – I’m trying to defend myself and he’s a big man.

“Believe it or not, even if you duck to hit him his head’s still there. He’s got a big head on him and Joshua will know that when he gets in the ring with him.

“But I accidentally hit him on the way out to defend myself and I had to try and call the spar off but it carried on.

“I was going ‘Daniel please, I didn’t mean to, no malice in it’ but it’s one of them ones.”

Thankfully for Hedges, that day Dubois was feeling forgirveful.

Joshua vs Dubois fight predictions

THIS weekend Wembley will witness one of the biggest all-British fights of all-time.

But who will emerge victorious under the famous arch? Some of the biggest names in boxing have been having their say…

Oleksandr Usyk: “My favourite is Anthony Joshua but I am very bad at predictions. But I will predict Anthony Joshua.”

Dillian Whyte: “I just think that it’s one of those fights where it is a genuine 50/50 fight in my opinion.”

Joe Joyce: “I was initially edging with Joshua but I don’t know, Dubois is coming on.”

Frazer Clarke: “As heavy-handed as Dubois is and as good a fighter as he’s becoming, I still have to go for Joshua.”

Francis Ngannou: “Even though Joshua lost against Usyk twice and Dubois fought Usyk and almost knocked him down and almost won, I would still give this to Joshua.”

Hedges, who is 10-0, said: “It’s boxing and Daniel’s a gentleman, he’s a very good man.

“And it was nice just to get the rounds in – I just wanted the experience. I think I was a super-middleweight at the time it’s crazy.”

Dubois, 27, will not be so forgiving on Saturday night when he defends his IBF title against Anthony Joshua, 34, at Wembley.
