(COLORADO SPRINGS) — Bell Brothers Brewing shared with FOX21 the reasons for the micro brewery’s closure in downtown Colorado Springs.
Bell Brothers Brewing had been in business for over two years and on Tuesday, Sept. 10 announced it would be closing its doors.
Bell Brothers said a market downturn in June of 2023 hurt the business and that the brewery lost many customers due to the cost of downtown parking.
“Finances are difficult for everyone right now, and people just can’t afford to go out as much and it hurts them and it hurts their local small businesses,” said Liz Bell, Co-Owner of Bell Brothers Brewing.
Events already scheduled to happen at the Brewery through September will go on as planned and the final day of operation is Sept. 29.
