A WOMAN in her 40s has revealed how she keeps her skin wrinkle free.
Maggie took to social media to reveal her routine after many people were in awe of her youthful looks.
Maggie left people stunned by her age s many thought she was decades younger[/caption] She revealed her go-to skincare routine for youthful skin[/caption]Many claimed Maggie, who was 42, looked decades younger than she was.
Now the brunette beauty was sharing her top tips to banish wrinkles and reverse the ageing process.
She said: “Yes I’m in my 40s and I’ll actually be 42 this fall and everything that I use on my skin is 100% natural.”
The first product she recommended was an oil blend of castor oil, rosehip and black seed oil.
She revealed that this helps keep the skin moisturised and soft.
But the key ingredient you need for anti-ageing was black seed oil Maggie said.
“It’s helped with wrinkles, it’s helped with puffiness, it’s helped with hyper-pigmentation, it really is my holy grail,” she added.
Fortunately black seed oil can be bought without breaking the bank on Amazon at just £9.99 a bottle.
She also recommended frankincense oil to improve skin tightness and firmness along with a natural soap to cleanse her skin.
Maggie also suggested exfoliating the skin regularly to keep it glowing.
The clip posted to her TikTok account @maggieroseadvocate soon went viral with over 2.7 million views and 163k likes.
People were quick to thank Maggie for her anti-ageing hacks.
One person wrote: “Better than Botox you look amazing!”
Another commented: “I’m 61 and all these ideas are amazing.”
How to reverse ageing in just 2 weeks, according to royal go-to nutritionist
LONDON -based Gabriela Peacock, who has helped the likes of Prince Harry and Princess Eugenie prepare for their weddings.
She told Fabulous: “The science is evident that we all have the power to make simple life changing alterations to better our future selves – no matter what genetic hand we might have been dealt with.
“The reality is, we all sometimes indulge in unhealthy eating habits like processed foods, smoking cigarettes, drinking too much alcohol, inhaling city pollutants, and even drinking water from plastic bottles – none of this is good for us.
“All this does is promote the ageing process, but we all have the potential to change this.”
It may be hard, but try to keep away from sugary carbohydrates, because they feed chronic inflammation, which is one of the worst enemies of reversing ageing.
Now only will you end up putting on weight if you consume them regularly, but your energy and hormonal levels will be affected and this will influence how you look and feel.
Whatever your age or state of health, it’s never too late to reverse how quickly you are ageing and embrace the energy and vigour of a younger you.
Antioxidants, such as vitamins A, C, and E, are essential in neutralising free radicals—the culprits behind premature ageing.
Integrating a spectrum of colourful fruits and vegetables into your diet provides a potent source of antioxidants.
Omega-3 fatty acids, abundant in fatty fish like salmon and flaxseeds, are vital for maintaining skin elasticity and hydration.
Omega-3s act as nourishment for your skin, locking in moisture and diminishing fine lines and wrinkles.
Collagen, a structural protein dwindling with age, can be replenished through collagen-rich foods like bone broth and lean protein sources.
“SOLD girl… just placed my order for the oil and for Frankie. Your skin looks so AMAZING!! Can’t wait to try it out & see some results,” penned a third.
Meanwhile a fourth said: “you don’t look 40 yrs and I thought you were in your 20’s you look amazing…”
“Wow! Thank you for sharing this,” claimed a fifth.

‘Oldest cat in the world’ dies aged 33 as owner pays tribute to ‘quite a character’ – and the secret to her long life
THE unofficial record holder for “the world’s oldest cat” has died at age 33.
The well-loved tortoise-shell Rosie passed away in her home in Norwich, Norfolk, with long-term owner Lila Brissett, 73, there to comfort her.

Lila, who has spent nearly half her life with her beloved cat, said: “She wasn’t very well and one day she just walked into the hallway of the house, laid down and passed away.
“I miss her so much.
“There were lots of good memories though and I’m happy we had our time together.”
Lila discovered her new feline friend in a cat rescue home in the 90s where Rosie the kitten needed rehoming after her first household realised their daughter had a cat allergy.
No stranger to rescue animals, with an abused cat and stray dog, Lisa brought Lila back to her forever home.
While unfortunately it didn’t last forever, Rosie held the unofficial title of ‘worlds oldest cat.’
A spokeswoman from Guinness World Records told Lila to put her fluffy family member forward for the title last year but she didn’t end up sending in an application.
The oldest cat the Guinness World Records has on record is Flossie, 27, from Orpington, Greater London.
The world’s oldest cat ever is 38-year-year old cat Creme Puff from Austin Texas, who lived from 1967 to 2005.
Despite not being in the history books, the middle-aged moggy who “slept by the window by the window all day” was said to have had a pretty cushty lifestyle.
She lived with proud owner Lila in a ground floor flat and was fed Purina One daily “or she’d kick up a fuss.”
The pampered puss slept all day – Lila said there was no need for an alarm clock.
When speaking about Rosie previously, Lila said how much she would miss her cherished cat when the time comes.
She said: “I’ll miss her when she goes. But I’ll never have her put down.”
“I often have to check if she’s still alive and breathing.
“I’m worried about the day she crosses over the rainbow bridge.
“She’ll leave a big void.”
