AN ALDI shopper has spotted an “amazing” Irish cream flavour on shelves, inspired by Terry’s and Reece’s.

The German retailer has baffled us once again with a new Irish cream flavour, a perfect product to stock up on before Christmas.

Enjoy as a deliciously boozy milkshake

The boozy delight is inspired by Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups

Inspired by Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, the Milk Chocolate & Peanut Butter Country Cream could be what dreams are made of.

This tasty treat is a blend of whisky, rich chocolate and Reece’s famous salty-sweet peanut butter.

An ecstatic shopper took to social media to share the news: “Omg the peanut butter Irish cream out of Aldi is amazing.”

“I got one last week with me brandy, it’s only on promo apparently”, replied another shopper.

In response, the original poster said: “Omg I drank a bottle today.

“Love it, soooo nice not really peanut buttery, but soooooo nice.”

If you’re wondering how best to drink this delicacy, Aldi provided a recommendation: “Simply serve neat, over ice or enjoy in a deliciously boozy milkshake.”

The packaging for this product is bright orange, just like Reece’s product packaging, so hopefully you won’t miss it, however, it is a limited edition.

Its also priced at £7.49 per 70cl.

The boozy treat landed in stores on June 29, following the success of Aldi’s Ballycastle Hazelnut Chocolate Country Cream, inspired by the hazelnut spread, Nutella.

Again, priced at £7.49 per 70cl.

The retailer’s Ballycastle range has collected several awards but we’ll have to watch the Milk Chocolate & Peanut Butter Country Cream’s space for now.

If you’re planning on bagging this treat before it’s all gobbled up, it’s recommended that you check whether your Aldi branch has the item in stock.

As typically, when they’re gone they’re gone.

You can find your nearest Aldi store by using the retailer’s store locator tool on its website.

However, if you’re not looking to jump into the Christmas spirit just yet, recently, Aldi announced another exciting product launch.

Its new Strawberries & Cream Rosé, supposedly tastes just like the discontinued sweets Campino’s.

The new flavour of wine is now available in stores and will stand beside Aldi’s award-winning Autumn Winter range.

Priced at just £7.99 a bottle, you might want to snatch one of these soon before they’re gone.

Campino sweets were a staple treat for any Nineties or Noughties kid.

But while they launched in the 1960s, they disappeared from shelves years later, with fans left confused.

For anyone looking for a trip down memory lane with the addition of booze, look no further.

Aldi says the Specially Selected Strawberries & Cream Rosé is a delicate pale pink colour with aromas of fresh strawberry and ripe red cherry intertwined with a subtle hint of vanilla.

It is “perfect” for anyone looking to rediscover “the good old days through rosé-coloured glasses”, the store added.

What's coming up in the next Aldi Specialbuys event?

On Thursday 19 September, the theme changes to Kitchen, Home, Bedroom and Laundry.

  • Set of 3 pumpkins – £14.99
  • Large pumpkin dish – £14.99
  • Autumnal gonk – £7.99
  • Pumpkin doorstop – £5.99
  • Ceramic pumpkin decor – £2.99
  • Autumn scented tea lights – £2.49
  • Ambiano Winged Heated Airer – £34.99
  • Ambiano Classic Stand Mixer – £39.99

I’m Liam and Noel Gallagher’s ‘secret half-sister’ – I’ve tried to contact them but they just ignored me

A WOMAN who claims to be Oasis’ secret half-sister has issued a plea to the musicians after revealing she has still never met her famous brothers

Emma Davies, 51, said she was born just months after Liam in the same hospital, but despite her best efforts to connect with her siblings, has been refused every time.

Emma has never met Liam and Noel, who have just announced their reunion tour[/caption]

And it’s meant that her son Jake, 31, was forced to enter the public ballot to get tickets to see his uncles perform at their reunion tour, and failed to secure any due to the price tag.

She said: “They just ignored me.

“I felt quite rejected.

“There was not even a Liam kind of comment or anything – there were attempts to make contact through their management, it was a complete blank.

“All the hype surrounding the reunion has brought a lot of it back, I thought it would be another chance to meet them.”

Emma explained to MailOnline they all share the same father, Toby Gallagher, after a long-running affair with Emma’s mum June, while he was married to Peggy, the mum of Noel, 57, and Liam, 51.

But despite growing up in the same suburb in Manchester, it took 23 years to discover the truth.

Her mother finally revealed she was related to Noel and Liam after she bought their 1995 hit album (What’s The Story) Morning Glory.
Emma added that she has hopes to meet Noel and Liam before their comeback tour.

She continued: “I would like to meet them.

“Obviously, you’re going to want to meet your brothers.

“I’ve got no bad feelings about anything – it would be great if they got in touch.

“I think most people who had found out they had a brother or sister they didn’t know about after many years would want to know a bit more about them.

“But it’s hard to predict what the Gallaghers are thinking – they are famous people with loads of money, and they probably think I’m nobody.”

Noel and Liam are both estranged from their father, who separated from mum Peggy in 1984.

Liam told The Sunday Times in 2019 he “never missed” having his dad around, adding: “Any good that comes out of me is all from Peggy and all her sisters and brothers.”
