I’m Olivia Attwood’s hair stylist and the secret to her signature bouncy locks is a £6 buy anyone can get

OLIVIA Attwood’s Loose Women hairdos are nothing short of gorgeous.

The new panellist has been known to rock bouncy blow outs, “demure” curls, tousled up ‘dos and glam waves on the daytime talk show.

The Bad Boyfriends presenter’s hair stylist has revealed all on Instagram[/caption]

But how does she keep every strand in place?

According to her hair stylist Hair By Sarrah, it’s thanks to a spray you can pick up for as cheap as £6.49.

Celeb beauty expert Sarrah regularly shares product lists for her hairy masterpieces on Instagram

And when it comes to Bad Boyfriends host Olivia, 33, she always uses the Moroccanoil Luminous Hairspray to secure her bronde tresses in place.

A 75ml bottle of the spritz will set you back just £6.49, or you can pick up a larger 330ml size for £17.85.

Haircare bosses describe it as “a strong hold, flexible hairspray that boosts shine and fights frizz without leaving a flaky residue”.

It’s also been dubbed “ideal for securing updos”.

Sarrah has also been known to work with fellow Love Island alumni Maura Higgins, Molly Smith and Laura Anderson.

She recently followed Olivia, who is married to footballer Bradley Dack, to Greece to get the presenter’s star ready for episodes of ITV’s Bad Boyfriends.

Back in April, Olivia herself showcased how she gets the perfect claw clip up ‘do every time.

Taking to social media, she shared a tutorial on how she fits all her extensions into a single claw clip

“There’s loads of ways to do this but this just works for me,” she said.

“My hair is too clean and too straight for this really today but I didn’t want to forget about making the video.

“Hair goes up into a pony and then pull it through half way.”

What's the science behind Moroccanoil's Luminous Hairspray?

Moroccanoil’s Luminous Hairspray is award-winning for a reason.

It is a flexible hairspray for building long-lasting styles with movable, but also strong, hold.

Its lightweight and workable finishing formula blankets hair in a reflective shield of shine that fights frizz and humidity.

It leaves no flaky or sticky residue and brushes out easily.

The formula is infused with a combination of advanced ingredients, including antioxidant-rich argan oil.

Due to the weight of the faux hair, tying it up before adding a claw clip will help the style stay in place and alleviate pulling on the scalp.

Once the hair is in a half ponytail, Olivia twists the bottom end and wraps it around the part that hasn’t been pulled through her hair band.

She then secures the “wrap around” style in place with a cheap Amazon claw clip.

“Literally search, ‘large claw clip’, I think,” she said.

“And then literally just ram it all in… that’s what she said.

“You can pull little bits out and fluff it up so it looks really natural and like you just did it in 30 seconds, when actually it took 15 tries.”

Olivia Attwood's Career History

From Monster grid girl and Love Island star to daytime telly panellist and respected documentary maker, Olivia Attwood has made a huge career pivot in recent years...

Olivia first started as a Monster grid girl at motorsport events in 2012 when she was 19-years-old, and did it right up until she went into Love Island in 2017.

After placing third in the reality show with then-boyfriend Chris Hughes, she starred in their own spin-off series, Chris & Olivia: Crackin’ On, in 2018.

Later that year, she appeared on Celebs Go Dating and then joined the cast of The Only Way Is Essex in 2019, where she had a number of fiery on-screen rows.

In 2020, the reality TV veteran began starring in her own reality series on ITVBe titled Olivia Meets Her Match, which followed her wedding preparations with footballer Bradley Dack.

In 2021, the tide started to turn.

Olivia made appearances on household shows Lorraine, Tipping Point: Lucky Stars and Loose Women.

Then, in 2022, ITV commissioned her for her first ever documentary series.

She presented Olivia Attwood: Getting Filthy Rich, which explored women selling sexual content online.

In June 2023, ITV commissioned Olivia Marries Her Match and made her a regular guest panellist on Loose Women.

Her most recent docu-series, Olivia Attwood: The Price of Perfection, aired in January this year where she sensitively explored the cosmetic industry.

I’m 38 with no wrinkles in sight & no Botox – I reverse ageing overnight with my go-to skincare buys

A FACIALIST has revealed the must-have ingredients you need to include in your skincare to reverse and keep wrinkles at bay.

Hadda, who is 38, took to social media to share her must-have skincare buys and what they do to keep your skin looking it’s best.

She shared the ingredients everyone should have in their skincare routine[/caption]

She said: “Reverse ageing overnight with me,” as she revealed she didn’t use Botox to get the results.

As a facialist, Hadda is in the know of what ingredients to slather onto your skin and didn’t keep them a secret.

The first ingredient she recommended was peptides – a chain of amino acids that can help boost collagen in the skin.

As we get older, we lose more and more collagen each year until our skin totally stops producing it.

Collagen is vital to keep skin moisturised and plump and prevents the look of wrinkles and Boots offers a peptide serum for just £6.

Next on her list of must-have ingredients was retinol which increases cell turnover and allows for new cells to come to the surface – diminishing wrinkles and leaves skin glowing.

There are lots of pricey ones on the market but again there are cheaper alternatives like The Ordinary’s 1% retinol treatment for £8.50.

She also recommended products with niacinamide in as it helps protect the skin structure and keep the barrier healthy.

The Neutrogena Gel Moisturiser with Niacinamide & Panthenol is a great addition to your skincare routine as it helps moisturise without feeling too heavy and only costs £7.99.

Ceramides are also essential to keep moisture looked in and CeraVe offer a range of skincare for different skin types packed with it in.

Hadda also recommended finishing your routine with a facial oil to lock all of the ingredients in overnight and leave you looking glowing and youthful in the morning.

The clip has since gone viral on her TikTok account @minimalbyhadda with over 87k views and 4,000 likes.

People were quick to thank her for the tips and couldn’t believe how young she looked.

One person wrote: “38? Where, when, how.”

How to reverse ageing in just 2 weeks, according to royal go-to nutritionist

LONDON -based Gabriela Peacock, who has helped the likes of Prince Harry and Princess Eugenie prepare for their weddings.

She told Fabulous: “The science is evident that we all have the power to make simple life changing alterations to better our future selves – no matter what genetic hand we might have been dealt with.

“The reality is, we all sometimes indulge in unhealthy eating habits like processed foods, smoking cigarettes, drinking too much alcohol, inhaling city pollutants, and even drinking water from plastic bottles – none of this is good for us.

“All this does is promote the ageing process, but we all have the potential to change this.”

It may be hard, but try to keep away from sugary carbohydrates, because they feed chronic inflammation, which is one of the worst enemies of reversing ageing.

Now only will you end up putting on weight if you consume them regularly, but your energy and hormonal levels will be affected and this will influence how you look and feel.

Whatever your age or state of health, it’s never too late to reverse how quickly you are ageing and embrace the energy and vigour of a younger you.

Antioxidants, such as vitamins A, C, and E, are essential in neutralising free radicals—the culprits behind premature ageing.

Integrating a spectrum of colourful fruits and vegetables into your diet provides a potent source of antioxidants.

Omega-3 fatty acids, abundant in fatty fish like salmon and flaxseeds, are vital for maintaining skin elasticity and hydration.

Omega-3s act as nourishment for your skin, locking in moisture and diminishing fine lines and wrinkles.

Collagen, a structural protein dwindling with age, can be replenished through collagen-rich foods like bone broth and lean protein sources.

Another commented: “Love this!”

“Gorgeous,” penned a third.

Meanwhile a fourth said: “This is helpful!”

“This is so helpful thank you,” claimed a fifth.

Someone else added: “No way you’re 38.”

Ex-world champ on Anthony Joshua vs Daniel Dubois card cruelly denied title shot just days before Wembley showdown

THE IBF super-featherweight title WON’T BE up for grabs on the undercard of Anthony Joshua’s showdown with Daniel Dubois.

Champ Anthony Cacace was set to defend his newly acquired red strap against former featherweight king Josh Warrington in front of a sold-out crowd at Wembley on Saturday night.

But the American sanctioning body has opted NOT to sanction the title bout due to Warrington’s inactivity in the 135lbs division and the loss of his last fight to Leigh Wood.

Cacace’s IBO strap will now be the only belt up for grabs when he trades blows with 35-year-old Warrington.

But the Northern Irishman will be forced to vacate his IBF crown should he come up short at the home of English football.

Cacace – who won the IBF belt with an eighth-round TKO of Joe Cordina in May – told The BBC: “It’s for the IBO world title. The IBF isn’t on the line.

“You would need to talk to Frank [Warren, Cacace’s promoter] and everybody else behind the scenes about that. I wanted it on the line.

“I’ve known for weeks. It’s not one bit of bother to me, but at the same time I don’t really understand what the hell is going on.”

In an interview with The Stomping Ground, promoter Eddie Hearn said of the IBF’s decision not to sanction the fight: “I get it.

“I think the problem with the IBF is they follow their rules but they don’t allow any common sense.

“The rules state you can’t be coming off a loss, generally. But everything is at the discretion of the IBF.

“He was fighting the No.1 featherweight in the world in Leigh Wood [and] he was winning the fight and he got stopped.

“For me, it should be an automatic challenge for the world title.

“And with all due respect to Cacace, he’s not what Josh Warrington’s done in his career.

“The IBO title is on the line, we understand that’s not one of the big four [belts] but he is the world champion.

“And if you win the fight, it’s a massive fight, and you really, in my eyes, are [the] world champion.”

When asked if the IBF’s decision bothers him, Warrington said: “Not whatsoever.

“Because at the end of the day, because as Ed said there, you know, four belts, five belts, six belts.

Josh Warrington isn’t fussed about not fighting for the IBF strap[/caption]

“Ultimately, belts are nice. They go on your mantle piece. But it’s the fights that people remember.

“You can have eight, nine, ten or 12 title defences but people will look back and say, ‘Who did you box?’

“I want people to say, ‘You know what? He’s had some great fight.’ Yeah, I’ve won the world title.

“Once you’ve won it, you’ve joined that club.

“You’ve joined the world club unless you become unified, which a very, very select few [do].

“But I’d rather have the names on my belt.”

My wife won’t let me splash £250k lotto jackpot on lifelong dream unless I meet strict condition – she’ll never stop me

A WIFE has told her husband he won’t be spending his £250,000 lottery winnings on his dream car unless she gets a treat of her own.

Brian Lewis, 65, landed the whopping jackpot after his street was selected in the latest Postcode Lottery draw.

The pair were stunned to hear the news[/caption]

The dad from Alderney Avenue, Poole, said: “I’ve always wanted a Range Rover, so I will be getting myself one.

“I’m not quite sure what type or where, but I’ll definitely be getting a Range Rover.”

His wife, Chris, quickly joked that if Brian was getting a Range Rover, she should enjoy a luxury mini-break with the new cash.

The retired care home manager said: “I might take a friend to the spa for a weekend spa break.”

The pair, who have been together for 17 years and have five children between them, are also eyeing up a trip to South Africa.

Chris said: “The first thing will be a holiday to relax and think about what we’re going to do with it.

“What I really, really, want to do is a safari. I’d love a safari.”

Brian, who runs his own training company, added that his son might be able to help with the holiday planning.

He said: “My middle son works for Virgin Airlines so I should be taking some advice off him.”

The life-changing win comes after a tough few years of ill-health for Brian.

The training company owner revealed that he had been hospitalised numerous times with pneumonia and Covid, and had even developed sepsis following ten days in intensive care.

After hearing the news of their enormous win, the couple admitted they were in shock.

Brian said: “I feel absolutely stunned – quarter of a millionaire!

“I might just sit and have a cup of coffee and take it on board.”

Chris echoed: “No! Oh my god. Is that really real?”

A neighbour on the street, Amy House, revealed she had also landed the £250,000 prize.

The NHS worker said: “Oh my goodness! Is this a dream? I told myself it might be ten, twenty, thirty maybe… I never expected six figures.”

She added that she was planning on buying a family campervan with the winnings, as well as visiting her brother in California.

The Postcode Lottery, which awards a portion of its ticket sales to local charities, also gifted £70,000 to the Poole Communities Trust.

The happy news comes after another lottery winner, aged 24, revealed he had won £3.6 million in the lottery – but hadn’t told a soul.

What are my chances of winning the lottery?

EVERYONE wants to know how to beat the odds and win the lottery.

But unfortunately, the lottery is a game of luck and there are no tips or tricks that can guarantee you’ll take home a top prize.

The odds show how likely you are to win any particular prize – the lower the number, the better the odds.

For example, odds of 1 in 10 are better than odds of 1 in 100 or 1 in 1,000.

There are several major lottery games in the UK including Lotto by the National Lottery, Camelot’s EuroMillions and Thunderball.

Chances of winning the Lotto

Lotto by the National Lottery is a game where you pick six numbers from 1 to 59. You can play up to seven lines of numbers on each slip.

The game costs £2 to play per slip.

The odds of winning any prize on the Lotto are 1 in 9.3.

But to win the jackpot on the Lotto, the odds are considerably slimmer.

To bag the top prize, you need to have six matching balls. The odds of doing this and scooping the jackpot are currently 1 in 45,057,474.

The next highest prize of £1,000,000 is for getting five main matching balls plus the bonus ball.

The odds of taking home the million-pound prize are 1 in 7,509,579 – far higher than the jackpot, but still unlikely.

The odds of taking home £1,750 for getting five main numbers without the bonus ball are 1 in 2,180, while you have a 1 in 97 chance of bagging £140 for getting four main numbers.

Your chances of taking home £30 for getting 3 main numbers are much better at 1 in 97.

And you have a roughly 1 in 10 chance of getting a free lucky dip for 2 matching numbers.

Chances of winning the EuroMillions

The EuroMillions costs £2.50 to play and is open on Tuesdays and Fridays.

To play, you must pick five numbers from 1-50 and two “Lucky Stars” from 1-12. Players with the most matching numbers win the top prizes.

Your chance of bagging the EuroMillions jackpot is even slimmer than winning the top Lotto prize.

This is because it generally has higher jackpots on offer, meaning it attracts more attention.

Currently, the odds of matching five numbers and two lucky stars – the top win – stand at 1 in 139,838,160.

The average jackpot prize is £57,923,499, according to EuroMillions.

The odds of winning the second top prize for matching 5 balls and a lucky star, which is typically around £262,346, are 1 in 6,991,908.

The chances of taking home the third prize for five matching balls, with an average payout of £26,277, are 1 in 3,107,515.

For four matching balls with two lucky stars, it’s 1 in 621,503, and for four balls with one lucky star, it’s 1 in 31,076. These come with an average price of £1,489 and £95, respectively.

Chances of winning the Thunderball

Thunderball is another game run by the National Lottery where you pick five numbers and one “Thunderball”. It costs just £1 to play and you can enter up to four times a week.

The jackpot of £500,000 for matching five balls plus the Thunderball is 1 in 8,060,598.

Your odds of bagging the next highest prize of £5,000 for matching five balls is currently 1 in 620,046, while the chances of winning £250 for four balls plus the Thunderball is 1 in 47,416.

You have the best chance of winning £3 for matching the Thunderball, with odds of 1 in 29.
