40-year-old Timothy Ryan Johnson and 44-year-old Paula Ann Webb, both of the same Walsh Road, Lenoir address, were each arrested by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. Both suspects are charged with felony maintaining a vehicle, dwelling, or place for controlled substance.
Caldwell County Sheriff Kevin Bean announced that the two residents of the address on Walsh Road in the Happy Valley community were arrested after a search warrant was executed at their residence.
Both were placed in the Caldwell County Detention Center under a $25,000 secured bond. They were both scheduled to appear in District Court today (September 18). More charges are expected as the investigation continues.
Sheriff Bean said in a news release that the residence has been a thorn in the side of this community. He added that It has been a safe haven for undesirables.
