30-year-old Gregory Allen Piercy Jr of Lenoir was arrested on Sunday (September 15) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. Piercy was charged with felony counts of failure to appear on a nonsupport case and possession of methamphetamine. He was also charged with a misdemeanor count of larceny. Piercy was given a custody release and $1,000 secured bond in the Caldwell County Detention Center. A Superior Court date was scheduled for October 28.
