Maya, 30, left her brunette locks in a naturally straight style and abandoned her cosmetics to let her glowing complexion shine though.
She accessorised with gold hoop earrings and referenced her clean aesthetic in her Instagram grid caption, with the words: “Barefacekilla.”
Her followers were quick to react, with one writing: “Naturally beautiful,” and another simply writing: “Clean.”
A third put: “The face hits different,” as one noted: “What a woman.”
Another gushed: “Golden goddess,” while one fizzed: “Soooo gorgeous.”
Maya then took to her Stories to capture her boat ride across the tranquil waters.
She pulled on a pair of sunglasses and let her locks fly loose in the sea breeze as she enjoyed her down-time away from the ITV2 series.
Maya recently treated fans to a throwback snap from the matchmaking programme as she gave a glimpse of her “unseen” Love Island bikini look.
The former Radio 1 host often delights fans with her sizzling on-screen outfits as she heads into the villa.
Earlier this summer, she wowed reality TV viewers as she entered the villa in a semi-sheer white dress.
She also switched things up in a hot pink mini dress for another episode.
Meanwhile, she opened the series in a see-through number which left fans gobsmacked.
The star is also no stranger to a bikini snap, and posed on a beach in a barely-there two-piece ahead of the launch of Love Island Games.

2024 Love Island star Jess White previously revealed stars were banned from clashing with Maya’s clothing.
Stockport lass Jess was dumped from the island after six weeks in the villa this summer.
Spilling the beans on the fashion dilemmas, Jess previously told OK!: “The night of the Casa recoupling, Maya was wearing red. Emma [Milton] and Mimii [Ngulube] wanted to wear red but they couldn’t.
“They thought it might be a strobing situation but we now know it’s because Maya was wearing red.
She went on: “Another night, we weren’t allowed to wear black and that’s when she came in wearing black.
“Obviously, the moment is all about Maya so we need to make sure she’s looking her best.
“If you’re told you can’t wear red for anybody, it’s got to be for her because she’s so stunning.”
However, ITV insiders insisted Maya is not aware, nor does she have any hand in the production or styling decisions made by the team with regard to the Islanders.
