So Solid Crew band members Noel and Dwayne Thomas wowed as they strode on stage with their matching tracksuits.

Before they performed self-penned track Long Time Coming, they told their VT: “I’m Dwayne, I’m Noel, we are from south east London and we are the Twin MCs.”

They were asked by The Voice host Emma Willis: “Have you performed a lot?” to which they replied: “At the age of 17 we joined So Solid Crew.”

They added: “Joining So Solid Crew definitely changed our lives at that time.

“We learned a lot musically and we have that experience now.”

They added: “It’s time for the world to see.”

After their amazing rap, will.i.am, Tom Jones, Danny Jones and Tom Fletcher from McFly turned their chairs.

Twin MCs then plumped for Black Eyed Peas star Will to lead them through the next stages of the ITV show.

One fan was quick to take to X to comment: “Didn’t expect members of So Solid Crew on this! They were brilliant.”

Another commented: “Wow!!! So solid crew brings back memories.”

A third then put: “Twin MC’s killed it!!

“Proper old skool vibes right there. Big up them guys.”

Their Instagram biography now reads: “Currently on The Voice UK.

“Keep supporting your favourite twinnies.”

Last year, the duo showcased their skills at Black History Month celebrations in Milton Keynes.

Some So Solid Crew members were branded “unrecognisable” as they took to the stage together earlier last summer.

Oxide and Neutrino, Romeo, Ms Dynamite, Dandaman and Lisa Mafia were all members of the UK garage collective from London.

The the glory days of So Solid Crew were short but sweet.

Their hit singles 21 Seconds and They Don’t Know helped bring grime to the masses but So Solid Crew have had their fair share of hard knocks in the years since they found fame.
