Laura Loomer, well known for her adherence to extreme right-wing ideology, is facing flak for making obnoxious and racist remarks against Democratic Party Presidential candidate Kamala Harris.

Laura Loomer’s Controversial Remarks About Kamala Harris
Laura Loomer, who is associated with Donald Trump, posted on social media that if Kamala Harris becomes the President, the White House will smell like curry and her speeches will be facilitated by a call centre. Loomer had made this post after Kamala celebrated her Indian heritage.
Republican Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene condemned the post and called them “appalling and extremely racist.” She also said that it did not represent MAGA or Republican values.
Laura Loomer responded to Greene’s comments and attacked her character on social media.
The racist rhetoric is not a rare occurrence and was also seen in higher echelons of the party with Trump and his running mate JD Vance repeating unfounded narratives of violent and criminal acts by immigrants. Trump aide Stephen Miller also supported this narrative when he was questioned by a Hispanic journalist.
Donald Trump has distanced himself from Laura’s comments but has defended his ties with her. Donald stated,
“Laura has been a supporter of mine. Just like a lot of people are supporters, and she’s been a supporter of mine. She speaks very positively of the campaign,”
Trump posted on Truth Social that Loomer did not work for the campaign but she is one of the many of his supporters who are fed up with the Radical Left Marxists and Fascists who always look for an opportunity to deride him.
When a reporter asked the former President of his ties with Loomer when many party members had expressed reservations he shot back
“I don’t control Laura. Laura – she’s a free spirit. Well, I don’t know. I mean, look, I can’t tell Laura what to do. She is a strong person, she’s got strong opinions, and I don’t know what she said, but that’s not up to me,”
Laura Loomer has often drawn flak for her controversial views, especially her belief in the conspiracy theory about the 9/11 attacks.
On Friday in a post, she stated that there are many unanswered questions on the 9/11 attacks even after 23 years.
She made the comments along with a video of Trump from 2001 where he is seen questioning how aeroplanes can cause explosions like the ones which happened on the WTC twin Towers.
