She is an art critic, writer and journalist from the UK, best known for her dance reviews and expert knowledge of ballet.
Sarah is good friends with Richard Hammond’s wife Mindy.

James and Sarah live together in west London.
In 2021, James finished a five-year renovation project on his £3million house in Hammersmith.
He reportedly bulldozed his home and the one next door to create a mega-house capable of accommodating his fleet of supercars and motorbikes.
He bought his property in 2000, then purchased a neighbouring house in 2016 for £310,000, before combining the two.
Neighbours praised how the TV star went about planning the building work back in 2019.
One told MailOnline: “I couldn’t wish for a better neighbour than James. He is a delight and has involved us all at every step of the way.”
And his next-door-neighbour Cathy Lewis added: “James has been really good and given us lots of information.
“This will be really good for our street, will be a big improvement on what was there before and the designs are sympathetic to the area.
“We know it will take a long time with a lot of disruption, but so far, the builders have been great. The new house will look fabulous.”
Do James May and Sarah Frater have children?
James and Sarah do not have any children together.
Captain Slow said this was down to him developing at a later age.
He told the Driven podcast: “I think it was just a result of life, let’s put that down to being a late developer.
“I’ve got nieces and nephews of many ages.
“I spend a quite a lot of time working with people in their twenties.
“That’s the nature of TV, it has a big influx of people of that age who disperse and move on to other things — it’s all very fluid.”
